decease_n of_o the_o same_o copartner_n so_o first_o decease_a and_o which_o may_v be_v get_v without_o suit_n and_o as_o the_o same_o or_o any_o part_n thereof_o shall_v be_v have_v or_o get_v without_o suit_n shall_v make_v payment_n of_o one_o moiety_n thereof_o to_o the_o say_a copartner_n survive_v or_o to_o his_o assign_v and_o that_o for_o the_o reason_n of_o such_o debt_n as_o shall_v be_v come_v to_o the_o say_v partable_a trade_n and_o stock_n occupy_v and_o use_v by_o the_o say_a copartner_n so_o first_o decease_a that_o the_o executor_n and_o administrator_n of_o the_o same_o copartner_n so_o first_o decease_v shall_v have_v one_o moiety_n thereof_o and_o the_o copartner_n and_o his_o assign_v survive_v the_o other_o moiety_n thereof_o provide_v always_o that_o all_o such_o debt_n as_o the_o same_o copartner_n do_v owe_v out_o of_o the_o say_a stock_n and_o trade_n occupy_v and_o use_v by_o the_o say_a copartner_n first_o decease_a shall_v be_v deduct_v and_o bear_v of_o the_o same_o stock_n and_o debt_n owe_v and_o come_v thereunto_o and_o that_o the_o say_a survivor_n for_o recovery_n of_o the_o one_o moiety_n of_o the_o same_o debt_n shall_v make_v such_o conveyance_n and_o assurance_n to_o the_o executor_n administrator_n or_o assign_v of_o the_o say_a copartner_n first_o decease_a at_o their_o charge_n and_o expense_n as_o the_o same_o executor_n etc._n etc._n or_o their_o learned_a council_n etc._n etc._n shall_v devise_v not_o repugnant_a to_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n and_o according_a to_o the_o true_a meaning_n of_o these_o present_n to_o all_o and_o singular_a which_o say_v covenant_n article_n condition_n and_o agreement_n for_o the_o several_a part_n of_o the_o say_v a._n and_o b._n their_o executor_n administrator_n factor_n and_o assign_v well_o and_o true_o to_o be_v perform_v hold_v and_o keep_v according_a to_o the_o very_a intent_n and_o true_a meaning_n of_o these_o present_a indenture_n either_o of_o the_o same_o party_n do_v bind_v
