themselves_o as_o for_o the_o first_o conceive_v that_o in_o the_o former_a part_n of_o this_o chapter_n the_o apostle_n dissuade_v from_o respect_v of_o person_n to_o conceive_v aright_o of_o which_o particular_a fact_n consider_v with_o i_o two_o question_n first_o what_o give_v occasion_n to_o the_o christian_a jew_n to_o commit_v this_o fault_n i_o answer_v that_o as_o i_o conceive_v it_o be_v the_o carriage_n of_o rich_a heathen_n towards_o they_o for_o when_o they_o out_o of_o curiosity_n will_v come_v into_o their_o assembly_n both_o sacred_a and_o civil_a to_o spy_v out_o their_o liberty_n to_o search_v for_o advantage_n or_o to_o have_v matter_n of_o discourse_n from_o that_o new_a religion_n as_o they_o account_v it_o and_o as_o it_o be_v in_o respect_n of_o a_o diverse_a manner_n of_o dispensation_n the_o faithful_a jew_n upon_o this_o advantage_n be_v willing_a to_o insinuate_v themselves_o into_o they_o and_o to_o gain_v their_o favour_n will_v give_v they_o great_a respect_n for_o their_o riches_n sake_n though_o otherwise_o the_o enemy_n of_o christ_n than_o unto_o the_o poor_a faithful_a member_n they_o go_v contrary_a to_o the_o practice_n of_o that_o worthy_a instrument_n master_n fox_n who_o when_o he_o be_v ask_v whether_o he_o know_v a_o certain_a poor_a man_n who_o have_v receive_v succour_n from_o he_o in_o the_o time_n of_o trouble_n answer_v i_o remember_v he_o well_o i_o tell_v you_o i_o forget_v lord_n and_o lady_n to_o remember_v such_o hereupon_o the_o apostle_n take_v occasion_n to_o redress_v other_o exorbitance_n fall_v upon_o this_o exhortation_n which_o we_o have_v now_o in_o hand_n in_o the_o second_o place_n therefore_o you_o will_v ask_v i_o whether_o if_o a_o rich_a man_n be_v a_o wicked_a man_n we_o may_v not_o give_v he_o respect_n before_o a_o good_a poor_a man_n i_o answer_v no_o if_o there_o be_v no_o more_o in_o he_o than_o so_o for_o though_o we_o be_v to_o carry_v ourselves_o humble_o towards_o
