form_n as_o be_v mention_v in_o the_o say_a book_n that_o then_o every_o such_o person_n be_v thereof_o lawful_o convict_v in_o form_n abovesayde_v shall_v forfeit_v to_o the_o queen_n our_o the_o say_a nativity_n of_o s._n john_n baptist_n next_o follow_v and_o that_o all_o such_o parish_n and_o cathedral_n church_n or_o other_o place_n where_o the_o say_a book_n shall_v be_v attain_v and_o get_v before_o the_o say_a feast_n of_o the_o nativite_fw-la of_o s._n john_n baptist_n shall_v within_o three_o week_n nert_n after_o the_o say_a book_n so_o attain_v and_o get_v use_v the_o prayer_n to_o the_o curate_n and_o then_o the_o godfather_n godmother_n and_o people_n with_o the_o child_n must_v be_v ready_a at_o the_o font_n either_o immediate_o after_o the_o last_o lesson_n
