church_n or_o chapel_n it_o be_v sufficient_a for_o the_o lecturer_n at_o the_o say_a time_n to_o declare_v his_o assent_n to_o the_o say_a book_n of_o common-prayer_n in_o form_n as_o aforesaid_a
