hand_n and_o seal_n appoint_v or_o keep_v any_o solemn_a fast_n either_o public_o or_o in_o private_a house_n other_o than_o such_o as_o by_o law_n be_v or_o by_o public_a authority_n shall_v be_v appoint_v nor_o shall_v be_v witting_o present_a at_o any_o of_o they_o under_o pain_n of_o suspension_n for_o the_o first_o fault_n of_o excommunication_n for_o the_o second_o and_o of_o deposition_n from_o the_o ministry_n for_o the_o three_o neither_o shall_v any_o minister_n not_o
