wall_n bank_n or_o goat_n or_o sewer_n be_v to_o be_v build_v new_a and_o erect_v or_o if_o the_o ancient_a defence_n be_v decay_v in_o the_o main_a timber_n or_o in_o the_o principal_a part_n they_o be_v out_o of_o the_o protection_n of_o the_o former_a party_n and_o then_o a_o replevin_n may_v well_o take_v hold_v of_o they_o be_v out_o of_o all_o other_o jurisdiction_n and_o the_o same_o difference_n i_o take_v in_o this_o case_n of_o the_o sewer_n that_o be_v that_o so_o long_o as_o good_n distrain_v by_o warrant_n and_o process_n out_o of_o this_o court_n of_o sewer_n remain_v in_o the_o custody_n thereof_o they_o be_v not_o replevisable_v by_o the_o warrant_n of_o the_o sheriff_n or_o of_o his_o deputy_n but_o after_o they_o be_v sell_v away_o then_o by_o the_o sale_n thereof_o they_o be_v out_o of_o the_o protection_n and_o privilege_n of_o the_o court_n of_o sewer_n and_o then_o the_o sheriff_n may_v cause_v they_o to_o be_v deliver_v by_o replevin_n yet_o it_o may_v be_v and_o experience_n but_o which_o be_v also_o transport_v and_o carry_v away_o with_o selfwill_n and_o serve_v most_o common_o to_o make_v a_o faction_n of_o the_o great_a number_n to_o carry_v away_o business_n when_o the_o grave_a and_o wise_a sort_n be_v force_v be_v overload_v with_o popular_a voice_n to_o give_v way_n to_o run_v into_o contrary_a course_n and_o be_v make_v to_o surcease_v from_o make_v good_a and_o wholesome_a law_n and_o ordinance_n and_o sometime_o be_v as_o it_o be_v force_v to_o agree_v to_o those_o which_o be_v who_o even_o as_o the_o roman_a dictator_n fabius_n have_v join_v to_o he_o the_o froward_a minutius_n be_v by_o the_o violent_a stream_n of_o his_o colleague_n so_o cross_v and_o oversway_v not_o out_o of_o judgement_n but_o selfwill_n that_o he_o
