the_o thing_n that_o saint_n shall_v do_v and_o that_o be_v the_o thing_n that_o job_n do_v do_v and_o in_o that_o he_o do_v outstrip_v his_o fellow_n it_o be_v also_o say_v of_o hananiah_n that_o he_o be_v a_o faithful_a man_n and_o fear_v god_n above_o many_o nehe._n 7.2_o he_o also_o have_v get_v as_o to_o the_o exercise_n of_o and_o growth_n in_o this_o grace_n the_o start_n of_o many_o of_o his_o brethren_n he_o fear_v god_n above_o many_o now_o then_o see_v this_o grace_n admit_v of_o degree_n and_o be_v in_o some_o strong_a and_o in_o some_o weak_a let_v we_o be_v all_o awake_v as_o to_o other_o grace_n so_o to_o this_o grace_n also_o that_o like_a as_o you_o abound_v in_o every_o thing_n in_o faith_n in_o utterance_n in_o knowledge_n and_o in_o all_o diligence_n and_o in_o your_o love_n to_o we_o see_v that_o you_o abound_v in_o this_o grace_n also_o i_o will_v labour_v to_o enforce_v this_o exhortation_n upon_o you_o by_o several_a motive_n 1._o let_v god_n distinguish_v love_n to_o you_o be_v a_o motive_n to_o you_o to_o fear_v he_o great_o he_o have_v put_v his_o fear_n in_o thy_o heart_n and_o have_v not_o give_v that_o blessing_n to_o thy_o neighbour_n perhaps_o not_o to_o thy_o husband_n thy_o wife_n thy_o child_n or_o thy_o parent_n oh_o what_o a_o obligation_n shall_v this_o consideration_n lie_v upon_o thy_o heart_n great_o to_o consider_v it_o it_o be_v a_o sign_n of_o a_o very_a bad_a nature_n when_o the_o contrary_a show_v itself_o can_v god_n have_v do_v more_o for_o thou_o then_o to_o have_v put_v his_o fear_n in_o his_o it_o exercise_v it_o use_v all_o mean_n to_o cause_v it_o to_o increase_v and_o grow_v in_o thy_o heart_n that_o it_o may_v appear_v it_o be_v set_v by_o at_o thy_o hand_n poor_a sinner_n 2_o another_o motive_n to_o stir_v thou_o up_o to_o grow_v in_o this_o grace_n of_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n may_v be_v the_o privilege_n that_o it_o lay_v thou_o under_o what_o or_o where_o will_v thou_o find_v in_o the_o bible_n so_o many_o privilege_n so_o affectionate_o entail_v to_o any_o grace_n as_o to_o this_o of_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n god_n speak_v of_o this_o grace_n and_o of_o the_o privilege_n that_o belong_v unto_o it_o as_o if_o to_o speak_v with_o reverence_n he_o know_v not_o how_o to_o have_v do_v blessing_n of_o the_o man_n that_o have_v it_o it_o seem_v to_o i_o as_o if_o this_o grace_n of_o fear_n be_v the_o darling_n grace_n the_o grace_n that_o god_n set_v his_o heart_n upon_o at_o the_o high_a rate_n as_o it_o be_v he_o embrace_n and_o hug_v and_o lay_v the_o man_n in_o his_o bosom_n that_o have_v and_o grow_v strong_a in_o this_o grace_n of_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n see_v again_o the_o many_o privilege_n in_o which_o the_o man_n be_v intre_v that_o have_v this_o grace_n in_o his_o heart_n and_o see_v also_o that_o there_o be_v but_o few_o of_o they_o wherever_o mention_v but_o have_v entail_v to_o they_o the_o pronunciation_n of_o a_o blessing_n or_o else_o that_o man_n be_v speak_v of_o by_o way_n of_o admiration_n 3._o another_o motive_n may_v be_v this_o the_o man_n that_o grow_v in_o this_o grace_n of_o the_o fear_n of_o the_o lord_n will_v escape_v those_o evil_n that_o other_o will_v fall_v into_o where_o this_o grace_n be_v it_o keep_v the_o soul_n from_o final_a apostasy_n i_o will_v put_v my_o fear_n in_o their_o heart_n and_o they_o shall_v not_o depart_v from_o i_o jer._n 32.40_o but_o yet_o if_o there_o be_v not_o a_o increase_n in_o this_o grace_n much_o evil_a may_v attend_v and_o be_v commit_v notwithstanding_o there_o be_v a_o child_n that_o be_v healthy_a and_o have_v its_o limb_n and_o can_v go_v but_o it_o be_v careless_a now_o the_o evil_n of_o carelessness_n do_v disadvantage_n it_o very_o much_o carelessness_n be_v the_o cause_n of_o stumbling_n of_o fall_n of_o knocks_z and_o that_o it_o fall_v into_o the_o dirt_n yea_o that_o sometime_o it_o be_v burn_v or_o almost_o drown_v and_o thus_o it_o be_v even_o with_o god_n people_n that_o fear_v he_o because_o they_o add_v not_o to_o their_o fear_n a_o care_n of_o grow_v more_o in_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n therefore_o they_o reap_v damage_n whereas_o be_v they_o more_o in_o his_o fear_n it_o
