be_v still_o the_o same_o minister_n must_v either_o come_v to_o use_v their_o own_o form_n constant_o which_o be_v not_o like_a to_o be_v so_o sound_a or_o comprehensive_a of_o the_o nature_n of_o the_o duty_n as_o form_n of_o public_a composure_n or_o else_o they_o must_v every_o time_n affect_v new_a expression_n when_o the_o subject_a be_v the_o same_o which_o can_v hardly_o be_v presume_v in_o any_o man_n great_a sufficiency_n not_o to_o want_v many_o time_n much_o of_o that_o compleatness_n order_n and_o gravity_n become_v those_o duty_n which_o by_o this_o mean_n be_v expose_v at_o every_o celebration_n to_o every_o minister_n private_a infirmity_n indisposition_n error_n disorder_n and_o defect_n both_o for_o judgement_n and_o expression_n a_o serious_a sense_n of_o which_o inconvenience_n in_o the_o church_n unavoidable_o follow_v every_o man_n several_a manner_n of_o officiate_a no_o doubt_n first_o occasion_v the_o wisdom_n and_o piety_n of_o the_o ancient_a church_n to_o remedy_v those_o mischief_n by_o the_o use_n of_o constant_a liturgy_n of_o public_a composure_n the_o want_n of_o which_o i_o believe_v this_o church_n will_v sufficient_o feel_v when_o the_o unhappy_a fruit_n of_o many_o man_n ungoverned_a ignorance_n and_o confident_a defect_n shall_v be_v discover_v in_o more_o error_n schism_n disorder_n and_o uncharitable_a distraction_n in_o religion_n which_o be_v already_o but_o too_o many_o the_o more_o be_v the_o pity_n however_o if_o violence_n must_v needs_o bring_v in_o and_o abet_v those_o innovation_n that_o man_n may_v not_o seem_v to_o have_v nothing_o to_o do_v which_o law_n reason_n and_o religion_n forbid_v at_o least_o to_o be_v so_o obtrude_v as_o whole_o to_o justle_v out_o the_o public_a liturgy_n yet_o nothing_o can_v excuse_v that_o most_o unjust_a and_o partial_a severity_n of_o those_o man_n who_o either_o late_o have_v subscribe_v to_o use_v and_o maintain_v the_o service-book_n or_o refuse_v to_o use_v it_o cry_v out_o of_o the_o rigour_n of_o the_o law_n and_o bishop_n which_o suffer_v they_o not_o to_o use_v the_o liberty_n of_o their_o conscience_n in_o not_o use_v it_o that_o these_o man_n i_o say_v shall_v so_o sudden_o change_v the_o liturgy_n into_o a_o directory_n as_o if_o the_o spirit_n need_v help_v for_o invention_n though_o not_o for_o expresion_n or_o as_o if_o matter_n prescribe_v do_v not_o as_o much_o stint_n and_o obstruct_v the_o spirit_n as_o if_o it_o be_v clothe_v in_o and_o confine_v to_o fit_a word_n so_o slight_a and_o easy_a be_v that_o legerdemain_n which_o will_v serve_v to_o delude_v the_o vulgar_a that_o further_o they_o shall_v use_v such_o severity_n as_o not_o to_o suffer_v without_o penalty_n any_o to_o use_v the_o common-prayer-book_n thou_o or_o praise_v of_o thou_o with_o david_n and_o other_o holy_a man_n in_o the_o same_o form_n can_v hurt_v we_o give_v we_o wisdom_n to_o amend_v what_o be_v amiss_o within_o we_o and_o there_o will_v be_v less_o to_o mend_v without_o we_o evermore_o defend_v and_o deliver_v thy_o church_n
