to_o be_v pay_v upon_o one_o of_o the_o seven_o day_n of_o march_n indefinite_o that_o be_v upon_o any_o one_o day_n of_o the_o seven_o but_o definite_o upon_o the_o seven_o day_n from_o the_o first_o day_n of_o march_n the_o like_a may_v be_v say_v of_o the_o eight_o day_n for_o circumcision_n and_o of_o the_o fourteen_o day_n for_o the_o passeover_n and_o of_o other_o ordinall_n number_n which_o in_o our_o english_a tongue_n end_n with_o the_o now_o mr_n cawdry_n to_o overthrow_v this_o propriety_n of_o the_o ordinall_n number_n seven_o bring_v in_o this_o his_o instance_n of_o another_o ordinall_n number_n the_o tithe_n or_o ten_o hereunto_o i_o answer_v 1._o whereas_o mr_n cawdry_n will_v understand_v by_o the_o tithe_n or_o ten_o not_o the_o ten_o in_o order_n but_o for_o any_o one_o of_o the_o ten_o indefinite_o hereby_o as_o he_o will_v overturn_v god_n definite_a and_o fix_a time_n so_o he_o do_v a_o evil_a office_n to_o himself_o and_o to_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o clergy_n for_o matter_n of_o tithe_n for_o if_o the_o shepherd_n have_v in_o his_o flock_n a_o blind_a or_o lame_a lamb_n a_o sick_a or_o lean_a lamb_n may_v he_o not_o give_v the_o minister_n for_o be_v bring_v to_o prove_v our_o new_a sabbath_n again_o christ_n rise_v the_o three_o day_n may_v this_o be_v expound_v of_o one_o of_o or_o of_o any_o of_o the_o three_o day_n further_o i_o answer_v 1._o that_o this_o particular_a ordinall_n number_v the_o seven_o mention_v in_o the_o four_o commandment_n be_v never_o use_v in_o scripture_n but_o proper_o for_o the_o last_o of_o seven_o as_o for_o oâ—her_a ordinall_n number_n some_o two_o or_o three_o as_o the_o ten_o of_o the_o flock_n and_o a_o four_o part_n of_o a_o hin_n of_o oil_n etc._n etc._n these_o be_v use_v improper_o but_o there_o be_v a_o hundred_o text_n of_o ordinall_n all_o use_v proper_o for_o one_o or_o two_o use_v improper_o 2._o where_o a_o ordinall_n number_n be_v use_v improper_o it_o be_v so_o understand_v in_o a_o case_n of_o necessity_n only_o when_o it_o can_v possible_o be_v otherwise_o understand_v as_o when_o the_o thing_n number_v have_v in_o they_o neither_o difference_n nor_o order_n as_o a_o four_o part_n of_o a_o hin_n of_o oil_n and_o a_o ten_o deal_n of_o flower_n in_o such_o a_o case_n we_o must_v understand_v they_o improper_o as_o for_o any_o one_o of_o the_o number_n so_o when_o christ_n be_v call_v a_o dooâ—e_n and_o the_o bread_n his_o body_n we_o must_v take_v they_o improper_o but_o not_o always_o in_o all_o text_n so_o for_o the_o proper_a sense_n be_v ever_o hold_v for_o the_o true_a sense_n if_o nothing_o appear_v to_o the_o contrary_a now_o there_o be_v no_o necessity_n to_o depart_v from_o the_o proper_a sense_n of_o the_o ordinall_n seven_o in_o the_o four_o commandment_n for_o among_o the_o seven_o day_n there_o be_v both_o difference_n and_o order_n one_o orderly_o go_v after_o another_o wherefore_o this_o ordinall_n seven_o must_v be_v proper_o understand_v for_o saturday_n the_o last_o of_o seven_o and_o so_o the_o church_n of_o the_o jew_n understand_v it_o as_o appear_v by_o their_o practice_n keep_v the_o saturday_n sabbath_n now_o at_o amsterdam_n and_o elsewhere_o but_o this_o i_o shall_v at_o our_o conclusion_n more_o abundant_o prove_v as_o that_o god_n intend_v in_o his_o four_o commandment_n to_o have_v only_o the_o saturday_n and_o last_o day_n of_o seven_o definite_o for_o his_o sabbath_n thus_o you_o see_v his_o three_o and_o last_o instance_n answer_v and_o as_o yet_o he_o have_v not_o vindicate_v himself_o from_o his_o paradox_n nor_o prove_v that_o the_o four_o commandment_n may_v be_v expound_v for_o a_o seven_o day_n or_o for_o one_o day_n of_o seven_o indefinite_o that_o be_v for_o any_o one_o day_n of_o the_o seven_o by_o the_o way_n note_n that_o i_o have_v propound_v his_o three_o instance_n in_o their_o full_a strength_n as_o himself_o write_v they_o the_o like_a faithfulness_n i_o shall_v observe_v in_o repeat_v his_o ensue_a argument_n and_o though_o they_o be_v but_o trivial_a thing_n yet_o i_o have_v and_o shall_v answer_v every_o one_o of_o they_o punctual_o although_o he_o have_v not_o be_v so_o candid_a towards_o i_o for_o he_o have_v not_o so_o much_o as_o mention_v much_o less_o confute_v my_o best_a answer_n against_o the_o lord_n day_n if_o my_o thing_n be_v as_o trivial_a as_o he_o
