herb_n nor_o any_o sort_n of_o flesh_n whatsoever_o and_o that_o no_o merchant_n vintner_z wine-cooper_n or_o other_o person_n sell_v or_o retail_v any_o wine_n shall_v mingle_v or_o utter_v any_o declare_v his_o assent_n and_o consent_n to_o all_o thing_n contain_v in_o the_o say_a book_n according_a to_o the_o form_n aforesaid_a and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a fine_a the_o penalty_n upon_o person_n disable_v that_o preach_v 15_o car._n 2._o cap._n 6._o in_o fine_a that_o if_o any_o person_n who_o be_v by_o this_o act_n disable_v to_o preach_v any_o lecture_n or_o sermon_n shall_v during_o the_o time_n that_o he_o shall_v continue_v and_o remain_v so_o disable_v preach_v any_o sermon_n or_o lecture_n that_o then_o for_o every_o such_o which_o shall_v be_v so_o license_v to_o be_v imprint_v or_o reprint_v with_o the_o title_n epistle_n preface_n table_n dedication_n and_o all_o other_o thing_n whatsoever_o thereunto_o annex_v keep_v tongue_n there_o shall_v be_v two_o write_a copy_n thereof_o deliver_v to_o the_o licenser_n or_o licenser_n if_o he_o or_o they_o shall_v so_o require_v one_o copy_n whereof_o so_o license_v shall_v be_v deliver_v back_o to_o the_o say_a printer_n or_o owner_n and_o the_o other_o copy_n shall_v be_v reserve_v and_o keep_v as_o be_v aforesaid_a to_o the_o end_n such_o licenser_n or_o licenser_n for_o the_o survey_v order_v repair_v and_o keep_v in_o repair_n of_o the_o say_a highway_n in_o the_o county_n aforesaid_a four_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n for_o each_o of_o the_o say_v several_a and_o respective_a county_n dwell_v next_o to_o the_o say_a highway_n respective_o or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o for_o the_o year_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o three_o and_o until_o the_o quarter-session_n than_o next_o ensue_v and_o from_o thenceforth_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n at_o the_o session_n to_o be_v hold_v next_o after_o easter_n every_o year_n for_o the_o say_v respective_a county_n from_o time_n to_o time_n shall_v and_o be_v hereby_o empower_v to_o nominate_v and_o appoint_v nine_o sufficient_a and_o able_a person_n reside_v and_o inhabit_v within_o the_o say_v several_a and_o respective_a county_n huntingtonshire_n who_o may_v appoint_v surveyor_n of_o the_o highway_n for_o hartfordshire_n yearly_o cambridg-shire_n huntingtonshire_n to_o be_v surveyor_n of_o the_o several_a place_n in_o the_o say_a highway_n for_o the_o year_n from_o thence_o next_o ensue_v the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n for_o the_o county_n of_o hertford_n to_o appoint_v surveyor_n for_o the_o highway_n lie_v in_o the_o say_v several_a town_n and_o parish_n of_o the_o say_a county_n and_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n in_o the_o county_n of_o cambridge_n to_o appoint_v surveyor_n for_o the_o several_a town_n and_o parish_n within_o their_o say_a county_n of_o cambridge_n and_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n for_o the_o county_n of_o huntingdon_n to_o appoint_v surveyor_n for_o the_o several_a town_n and_o parish_n of_o the_o say_a county_n and_o that_o the_o say_v justice_n or_o surveyor_n aforesaid_a shall_v not_o act_v or_o do_v any_o thing_n towards_o the_o repair_v of_o the_o say_a highway_n but_o in_o their_o own_o several_a and_o respective_a county_n county_n the_o power_n of_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n in_o their_o several_a county_n and_o that_o the_o say_v justice_n in_o their_o several_a county_n shall_v cause_v notice_n to_o be_v give_v to_o the_o several_a surveyor_n so_o choose_v in_o write_v of_o their_o say_a choice_n which_o say_v surveyor_n and_o every_o of_o they_o have_v no_o lawful_a impediment_n to_o be_v allow_v by_o the_o say_a justice_n by_o who_o they_o shall_v be_v choose_v in_o manner_n as_o aforesaid_a within_o one_o wéek_v next_o after_o such_o notice_n to_o they_o give_v of_o their_o election_n shall_v and_o be_v hereby_o require_v to_o meet_v and_o assemble_v cap._n 23._o entitle_v a_o act_n for_o prevent_a abuse_n in_o print_v seditious_a treasonable_a and_o unlicensed_a book_n and_o pamphlet_n and_o for_o regulate_v of_o print_v and_o print_v press_n shall_v be_v continue_v with_o the_o alteration_n and_o addition_n make_v in_o and_o by_o this_o act_n and_o shall_v remain_v in_o force_n until_o the_o end_n of_o the_o first_o session_n of_o the_o next_o parliament_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v that_o from_o and_o after_o the_o six_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o december_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o sixty_o five_o dispose_v three_o print_a copy_n of_o every_o book_n in_o london_n how_o to_o be_v dispose_v every_o printer_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n or_o in_o any_o other_o place_n except_o the_o two_o university_n shall_v reserve_v three_o print_a copy_n of_o the_o best_a and_o large_a paper_n of_o every_o book_n new_o print_v or_o reprint_v by_o he_o with_o addition_n and_o shall_v before_o any_o public_a vend_v of_o the_o say_a book_n bring_v they_o to_o the_o master_n of_o the_o company_n of_o stationer_n and_o deliver_v they_o to_o he_o one_o whereof_z shall_v by_o the_o say_a master_n of_o the_o say_a company_n of_o stationer_n within_o ten_o day_n after_o he_o have_v so_o receive_v the_o same_o be_v deliver_v to_o the_o keeper_n of_o his_o majesty_n library_n and_o the_o other_o two_o within_o the_o say_v ten_o day_n to_o be_v send_v to_o the_o vicechancellor_n of_o the_o two_o university_n respective_o for_o the_o use_n of_o the_o public_a library_n of_o the_o say_a university_n university_n book_n print_v in_o the_o university_n and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o the_o printer_n in_o the_o say_a university_n and_o every_o of_o they_o respective_o from_o and_o after_o the_o say_v six_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o december_n shall_v deliver_v one_o such_o print_a copy_n as_o aforesaid_a of_o every_o book_n so_o new_o print_v or_o reprint_v in_o the_o say_a university_n or_o in_o either_o of_o they_o to_o the_o keeper_n of_o his_o majesty_n library_n as_o aforesaid_a as_o also_o to_o the_o vicechancellor_n of_o either_o of_o the_o say_a university_n for_o the_o time_n be_v two_o other_z such_o print_a copy_n for_o the_o use_n of_o the_o public_a library_n of_o the_o say_a university_n respective_o and_o if_o any_o of_o the_o printer_n aforesaid_a or_o the_o say_a master_n of_o the_o company_n of_o stationer_n shall_v not_o observe_v the_o direction_n of_o this_o act_n therein_o that_o then_o he_o and_o they_o so_o make_v default_n in_o not_o
