suffer_v a_o year_n imprisonment_n and_o be_v deprive_v ipso_fw-la facto_fw-la of_o all_o his_o spiritual_a promotion_n and_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a to_o all_o patron_n donor_n and_o grantor_n of_o all_o and_o singular_a the_o same_o spiritual_a promotion_n to_o present_v to_o the_o same_o any_o other_o able_a clerk_n in_o like_a manner_n and_o form_n as_o though_o the_o party_n so_o offend_v be_v dead_a and_o for_o the_o three_o offence_n shall_v suffer_v imprisonment_n during_o his_o life_n and_o that_o lay_v person_n offend_v in_o the_o premise_n shall_v for_o the_o first_o offence_n suffer_v imprisonment_n during_o six_o month_n without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n and_o for_o his_o second_o offence_n suffer_v imprsonment_n during_o his_o life_n and_o it_o be_v further_a thereby_o enact_v that_o if_o any_o person_n shall_v in_o any_o interlude_n play_n song_n rhyme_n or_o by_o other_o open_a word_n declare_v or_o speak_v any_o thing_n in_o the_o derogation_n deprave_v or_o despise_v of_o the_o same_o book_n or_o of_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v or_o any_o part_n thereof_o or_o shall_v by_o open_a fact_n deed_n or_o by_o open_a thréatning_n compel_v or_o cause_n or_o otherwise_o procure_v or_o maintain_v any_o parson_n vicar_n or_o other_o minister_n in_o any_o cathedral_n or_o parish_n church_n or_o chapel_n or_o in_o any_o other_o place_n to_o sing_v or_o to_o say_v any_o common_a or_o open_a prayer_n or_o to_o minister_v any_o sacrament_n otherwise_o or_o in_o any_o other_o manner_n or_o form_n than_o be_v mention_v in_o the_o say_a book_n or_o that_o by_o any_o of_o the_o say_a mean_n shall_v lawful_o interrupt_v or_o let_v any_o parson_n vicar_n or_o other_o minister_n in_o any_o cathedral_n or_o parish_n church_n chappel_n or_o any_o other_o place_n to_o sing_v and_o say_v common_a and_o open_a prayer_n or_o to_o minister_v the_o sacrament_n or_o any_o of_o they_o in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o be_v mention_v in_o the_o say_a book_n they_o shall_v forfeit_v to_o the_o king_n our_o sovereign_a lord_n his_o heir_n and_o successor_n ten_o pound_n for_o the_o first_o offence_n and_o for_o nonpayment_n shall_v suffer_v three_o month_n imprisonment_n without_o
