show_v himself_o opposite_a or_o refractory_a unto_o this_o service_n so_o as_o the_o same_o by_o mean_n thereof_o shall_v be_v delay_v disturb_v or_o hinder_v it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o the_o say_v several_a committee_n or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o respective_o to_o impose_v a_o reasonable_a fine_a upon_o such_o person_n for_o his_o contempt_n therein_o so_o as_o the_o same_o exceed_v not_o the_o sum_n of_o ten_o pound_n for_o any_o one_o offence_n and_o to_o levy_v the_o same_o by_o sequestration_n of_o his_o estate_n or_o imprisonment_n of_o his_o body_n and_o because_o it_o be_v not_o expect_v that_o the_o train_v band-man_n shall_v in_o this_o time_n of_o harvest_n be_v employ_v in_o this_o service_n without_o their_o own_o consent_n or_o a_o absolute_a necessity_n and_o that_o probable_o it_o may_v be_v difficult_a to_o find_v so_o many_o volunteer_n as_o will_v be_v sufficient_a to_o make_v up_o the_o full_a number_n in_o this_o ordinance_n express_v it_o be_v hereby_o further_o ordain_v by_o the_o say_a lord_n and_o commons_o that_o the_o say_v respective_a committee_n or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o be_v hereby_o authorise_v in_o their_o respective_a county_n city_n and_o place_n to_o impress_v fit_a and_o able_a man_n for_o this_o service_n and_o to_o imprison_v such_o person_n as_o shall_v refuse_v to_o give_v obedience_n until_o they_o conform_v thereunto_o and_o it_o be_v last_o ordain_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o say_v respective_a committee_n or_o any_o three_o of_o they_o in_o their_o respective_a county_n city_n and_o place_n be_v hereby_o authorise_v to_o reduce_v the_o say_a foot_n force_v respective_o into_o company_n and_o regiment_n and_o the_o horse_n and_o dragoon_n into_o troop_n and_o nominate_v and_o place_n over_o they_o colonel_n captain_n and_o other_o officer_n except_o the_o major_n of_o the_o say_a regiment_n who_o several_a and_o respective_a company_n be_v to_o be_v command_v by_o the_o respective_a lieutenant_n thereof_o to_o the_o place_n of_o rendezvous_n provide_v that_o no_o regiment_n of_o foot_n shall_v consist_v of_o less_o than_o one_o thousand_o foot_n beside_o officer_n and_o no_o troop_n of_o horse_n or_o dragoon_n of_o less_o than_o one_o hundred_o beside_o officer_n and_o where_o any_o county_n be_v hereby_o to_o raise_v a_o less_o number_n of_o man_n than_o will_v make_v up_o a_o entire_a regiment_n the_o several_a and_o respective_a committee_n of_o such_o county_n and_o place_n be_v to_o meet_v together_o with_o what_o conveniency_n they_o shall_v think_v most_o fit_a and_o to_o join_v their_o force_n into_o regiment_n as_o aforesaid_a and_o the_o committee_n of_o both_o kingdom_n be_v hereby_o authorise_v to_o nominate_v a_o major_a
