be_v in_o as_o concern_v the_o present_a i_o shall_v mind_v you_o with_o the_o reason_n king_n charles_n the_o first_o of_o most_o bless_a memory_n have_v lay_v down_o for_o the_o present_a purpose_n affectation_n emptiness_n impertinency_n rudeness_n confusion_n flatness_n obscurity_n vain_a and_o ridiculous_a repetition_n the_o senseless_a and_o ofttimes_o blasphemous_a expression_n all_o these_o burden_v with_o a_o most_o tedious_a and_o intolerable_a length_n do_v sufficient_o convince_v all_o man_n but_o those_o who_o glory_n in_o that_o pharisaic_a way_n and_o the_o say_a king_n convenient_a as_o to_o the_o matter_n and_o expression_n suit_v together_o with_o our_o want_n see_v we_o have_v such_o a_o cloud_n of_o authentic_a author_n for_o it_o as_o david_n jesus_n christ_n our_o saviour_n st._n paul_n john_n the_o baptist_n beside_o the_o father_n the_o ancient_a church_n the_o devout_a and_o pious_a modern_a divine_n yea_o and_o i_o may_v have_v recount_v even_o all_o late_a reform_a church_n till_o these_o late_a upstart_n antichristian_a heady_a high-minded_a late_a faction_n arise_v disturb_v the_o unity_n and_o bless_a peace_n of_o our_o and_o other_o true_a church_n of_o christ_n deny_v the_o lord_n that_o buy_v they_o and_o without_o repentance_n bring_v upon_o themselves_o and_o their_o proselyte_n swift_a destruction_n and_o now_o i_o shall_v end_v my_o meditation_n as_o to_o what_o precede_v the_o author_n propose_a fourteen_o consideration_n follow_v now_o to_o be_v consider_v of_o in_o the_o very_a word_n of_o the_o before_o quote_v king_n charles_n of_o bless_a memory_n with_o which_o he_o end_v his_o observation_n upon_o the_o say_a ordinance_n against_o the_o book_n of_o common-prayer_n i_o wish_v say_v he_o their_o repentance_n may_v be_v their_o only_a punishment_n that_o see_v the_o mischief_n the_o disuse_n of_o public_a liturgy_n have_v already_o produce_v they_o may_v restore_v that_o credit_n use_v and_o reverence_n to_o they_o which_o by_o the_o ancient_a church_n be_v give_v to_o set_a form_n of_o sound_n and_o wholesome_a word_n and_o now_o have_v show_v the_o groundless_a opposition_n of_o the_o author_n to_o common_a and_o set_a form_n of_o prayer_n give_v i_o to_o peruse_v and_o to_o give_v my_o opinion_n concern_v the_o aforesaid_a subject_n and_o have_v also_o from_o the_o sacred_a scripture_n and_o otherwise_o justify_v the_o use_n and_o manifest_v the_o aptness_n of_o common-prayer_n for_o our_o devotion_n worship_n and_o service_n to_o be_v put_v up_o and_o perform_v to_o god_n i_o now_o come_v to_o speak_v to_o the_o fourteen_o consideration_n which_o the_o author_n propose_v to_o the_o world_n as_o unanswerable_a evidence_n in_o his_o judgement_n to_o make_v the_o aforesaid_a kind_n of_o worship_n and_o service_n though_o never_o so_o conscientious_o sincere_o and_o heartity_n perform_v to_o be_v damnable_a because_o abominable_a to_o god_n and_o not_o require_v of_o we_o by_o he_o as_o be_v to_o be_v collect_v out_o of_o his_o four_o first_o consideration_n i_o shall_v therefore_o now_o spend_v a_o little_a time_n about_o the_o say_a consideration_n and_o look_v into_o the_o bowel_n of_o they_o they_o be_v in_o the_o whole_a like_o the_o great_a horse_n frame_v at_o the_o siege_n of_o troy_n in_o the_o body_n whereof_o be_v enclose_v man_n enough_o to_o deliver_v up_o the_o city_n to_o destruction_n for_o in_o this_o fabric_n and_o womb_n of_o these_o consideration_n be_v enclose_v conclusion_n and_o opinion_n enough_o to_o deliver_v up_o treacherous_o the_o their_o army_n for_o all_o his_o magazine_n be_v spend_v in_o kill_v again_o what_o they_o think_v they_o have_v kill_v before_o for_o ever_o namely_o the_o common-prayer_n book_n in_o the_o four_o
