sentence_n of_o banishment_n by_o virtue_n of_o which_o they_o be_v put_v from_o the_o actual_a exercise_n of_o their_o ministry_n in_o their_o own_o congregation_n which_o may_v easy_o have_v be_v do_v if_o the_o council_n have_v intend_v no_o actual_a invasion_n of_o the_o power_n of_o the_o church_n nor_o have_v design_v the_o subjection_n of_o the_o exercise_n of_o the_o ministry_n unto_o their_o own_o authority_n but_o 3._o they_o get_v the_o same_o immediate_a right_n to_o the_o exercise_n of_o their_o ministerial_a function_n which_o other_o goat_n who_o be_v order_v to_o other_o repair_v to_o the_o presbytery_n and_o synod_n upon_o the_o council_n order_n as_o well_o as_o to_o these_o congregation_n see_v they_o have_v a_o right_n former_o to_o exerce_fw-la the_o ministerial_a function_n in_o the_o one_o as_o well_o as_o in_o the_o other_o and_o the_o magistrate_n discharge_n can_v no_o more_o invalidate_v the_o right_n to_o the_o one_o than_o to_o the_o
