as_o any_o sermon_n or_o lecture_n be_v preach_v or_o read_v in_o the_o say_a church_n or_o any_o of_o they_o for_z or_o as_o the_o public_a university_n sermon_n or_o lecture_n but_o that_o the_o same_o sermon_n and_o lecture_n may_v be_v preach_v or_o read_v in_o such_o sort_n and_o manner_n as_o the_o same_o have_v be_v heretofore_o preach_v or_o read_v this_o act_n or_o any_o thing_n statute_n of_o this_o realm_n university_n print_a copy_n to_o be_v send_v to_o his_o majesty_n library_n and_o the_o two_o university_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o every_o printer_n shall_v reserve_v three_o print_a copy_n of_o the_o best_a and_o large_a paper_n of_o every_o book_n new_o print_v or_o reprint_v by_o he_o with_o addition_n and_o shall_v before_o any_o public_a vend_v of_o the_o say_a book_n bring_v they_o to_o the_o master_n of_o the_o company_n of_o stationer_n and_o deliver_v they_o to_o he_o one_o whereof_z shall_v be_v deliver_v to_o the_o keeper_n of_o his_o majesty_n library_n and_o the_o other_o two_o to_o be_v send_v to_o the_o vicechancellor_n of_o the_o two_o university_n respective_o for_o the_o use_n of_o the_o public_a library_n of_o the_o say_a university_n university_n proviso_n for_o the_o privilege_n of_o the_o two_o university_n provide_v always_o that_o nothing_o in_o this_o act_n contain_v shall_v be_v construe_v to_o extend_v to_o the_o prejudice_n or_o infringe_n of_o any_o the_o just_a right_n and_o privilege_n of_o either_o of_o the_o two_o university_n of_o this_o realm_n touch_v and_o concern_v the_o licens_v or_o print_v of_o book_n in_o either_o of_o the_o say_a university_n house_n peer_n house_n provide_v always_o that_o no_o search_n shall_v be_v at_o any_o time_n make_v in_o the_o house_n or_o house_n of_o any_o the_o péer_v of_o this_o realm_n or_o of_o any_o other_o person_n or_o person_n not_o be_v free_a of_o or_o use_v any_o of_o the_o trade_n in_o this_o act_n before_o mention_v but_o by_o special_a warrant_n from_o the_o king_n majesty_n under_o his_o sign_n manual_n or_o under_o the_o hand_n of_o one_o or_o both_o of_o his_o majesty_n principal_a secretary_n of_o state_n or_o for_o any_o other_o book_n than_o such_o as_o be_v in_o print_v or_o shall_v be_v print_v after_o the_o ten_o of_o june_n 1662._o and_o thing_n in_o this_o act_n to_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o in_o any_o wise_n notwithstanding_o london_n proviso_n for_o bookseller_n and_o stationer_n london_n provide_v also_o that_o neither_o this_o act_n nor_o any_o thing_n therein_o contain_v shall_v extend_v to_o prohibit_v any_o bookseller_n who_o have_v serve_v seven_o year_n and_o be_v free_a of_o the_o company_n of_o stationer_n london_n from_o import_v or_o deprive_v of_o the_o same_o and_o that_o every_o such_o respective_a deanery_n canonry_n prebend_n mastership_n headship_n fellowship_n professor_n place_n reader_n place_n parsonage_n vicarage_n ecclesiastical_a dignity_n or_o promotion_n curate_n place_n lecture_n and_o school_n shall_v be_v void_a as_o if_o such_o person_n so_o fail_v be_v natural_o dead_a and_o if_o any_o schoolmaster_n or_o other_o person_n instruct_v house_n schoolmaster_n in_o private_a house_n or_o teach_v youth_n in_o any_o private_a house_n or_o family_n as_o a_o tutor_n or_o schoolmaster_n shall_v instruct_v or_o teach_v any_o youth_n as_o a_o tutor_n or_o schoolmaster_n before_o licence_n obtain_v from_o his_o respective_a archbishop_n bishop_n or_o ordinary_a of_o the_o diocese_n according_a to_o the_o law_n and_o statute_n of_o this_o realm_n for_o which_o he_o shall_v pay_v twelvepence_n only_o and_o before_o such_o subscription_n and_o acknowledgement_n make_v as_o aforesaid_a then_o every_o such_o schoolmaster_n and_o other_o instruct_v and_o teach_v as_o aforesaid_a shall_v for_o the_o first_o offence_n suffer_v three_o month_n imprisonment_n without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n and_o for_o every_o second_o and_o other_o such_o offence_n shall_v suffer_v three_o month_n imprisonment_n without_o bail_n or_o mainprize_n and_o also_o forfeit_a to_o his_o majesty_n the_o sum_n of_o that_o from_o and_o after_o the_o twenty_o five_o day_n of_o march_n 1682._o what_o to_o be_v omit_v in_o the_o declaration_n after_o the_o 25._o march_v 1682._o which_o shall_v be_v in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n god_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o eighty_o two_o there_o shall_v be_v omit_v in_o the_o say_a declaration_n or_o acknowledgement_n so_o to_o be_v subscribe_v and_o read_v these_o word_n follow_v scilicet_fw-la and_o i_o do_v declare_v that_o i_o do_v hold_v there_o lie_v no_o obligation_n on_o i_o or_o on_o any_o other_o person_n from_o the_o oath_n common_o call_v whatsoever_o shall_v thenceforth_o be_v capable_a to_o be_v admit_v to_o any_o parsonage_n vicarage_n benefice_n or_o other_o ecclesiastical_a promotion_n or_o dignity_n whatsoever_o nor_o shall_v presume_v to_o consecrate_v and_o administer_v the_o holy_a sacrament_n of_o the_o lord_n supper_n before_o such_o time_n as_o he_o shall_v be_v ordain_v priest_n according_a to_o the_o form_n and_o manner_n in_o and_o by_o the_o say_a book_n prescribe_v unless_o he_o have_v former_o be_v make_v priest_n by_o episcopal_a ordination_n upon_o pain_n to_o forfeit_v for_o every_o offence_n the_o sum_n of_o one_o hundred_o pound_n penalty_n the_o penalty_n one_o moiety_n thereof_o to_o the_o king_n majesty_n the_o other_o moiety_n thereof_o to_o be_v equal_o divide_v between_o the_o poor_a
