during_o one_o whole_a year_n next_o after_o his_o say_a conviction_n without_o hail_n or_o mainprize_n and_o if_o any_o such_o person_n not_o have_v any_o spiritual_a promotion_n after_o his_o minister_n in_o any_o cathedral_n or_o parish_n church_n chappel_n or_o any_o other_o place_n to_o sing_v or_o say_v common_a and_o open_a prayer_n or_o to_o minister_v the_o sacrament_n or_o any_o of_o they_o in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o be_v mention_v in_o the_o say_a book_n that_o then_o every_o such_o person_n be_v thereof_o lawful_o convict_v in_o form_n abovesaid_a shall_v forfeit_v to_o the_o queen_n our_o sovereign_a lady_n her_o heir_n and_o successor_n for_o the_o first_o offence_n a_o hundred_o mark_n and_o if_o any_o person_n or_o person_n be_v once_o convict_v be_v attain_v and_o get_v before_o the_o say_a feast_n of_o the_o natiuty_n of_o saint_n john_n baptist_n next_o follow_v and_o that_o all_o such_o parish_n and_o cathedral_n church_n or_o other_o place_n where_o the_o say_v book_n shall_v be_v attain_v and_o get_v before_o the_o say_a feast_n of_o the_o nativity_n of_o saint_n john_n baptist_n shall_v within_o three_o week_n next_o after_o the_o say_v book_n so_o attein_v and_o get_v use_v the_o say_a service_n and_o put_v the_o same_o in_o ure_n according_a to_o this_o act_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v be_v at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o impeach_v or_o otherwise_o molest_v of_o or_o for_o any_o of_o the_o offence_n abovementioned_a hereafter_o do_v not_o common_o repair_v shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n to_o inquire_v hear_v and_o determine_v the_o offence_n bobe-said_a and_o every_o of_o they_o yearly_a within_o xv_o day_n oft_o the_o feast_n of_o easter_n and_o saint_n michael_n the_o archangel_n in_o like_a manuer_n and_o form_n as_o justice_n of_o assize_n and_o dyer_n and_o determiner_n may_v do_v provide_v always_o and_o be_v it_o ordain_v and_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o all_o and_o singular_a arch-bishop_n and_o bishop_n and_o every_o of_o their_o chancellor_n commissary_n archdeacon_n and_o other_o ordinary_n have_v any_o peculiar_a ecclesiastical_a jurisoiction_n shall_v have_v full_a power_n and_o authority_n by_o virtue_n of_o
