and_o hold_v to_o extend_v to_o sheriff_n &_o other_o collector_n of_o the_o public_a &_o countie-leavies_a and_o of_o all_o other_o sheriff_n and_o clerk_n fee_n and_o also_o that_o all_o public_a countie-debtor_n and_o all_o debtor_n of_o or_o for_o sheriff_n or_o clerk_n fee_n may_v have_v the_o benefit_n and_o liberty_n of_o the_o second_o act_n of_o assembly_n make_v in_o the_o year_n
