other_o free_a prayer_n use_v and_o most_o minister_n have_v great_a and_o necessary_a work_n to_o do_v which_o must_v all_o be_v leave_v undo_v while_o the_o common_a prayer_n be_v say_v over_o by_o they_o twice_o a_o day_n they_o have_v sermon_n to_o study_v many_o book_n to_o read_v that_o they_o may_v be_v furnish_v with_o necessary_a knowledge_n for_o their_o work_n they_o have_v abundance_n of_o ignorant_a parishioner_n to_o instruct_v exhort_v or_o comfort_v they_o have_v the_o sick_a to_o visit_v the_o dead_a to_o bury_v the_o sacrament_n to_o administer_v family_n to_o govern_v instruct_v and_o provide_v for_o and_o many_o find_v free_a prayer_n from_o the_o immediate_a sense_n of_o their_o case_n and_o want_n to_o be_v so_o profitable_a to_o they_o that_o they_o can_v spare_v it_o all_o which_o and_o more_o require_v the_o the_o strict_a improvement_n of_o every_o minute_n of_o their_o time_n and_o if_o the_o liturgy_n be_v read_v over_o by_o every_o priest_n and_o deacon_n twice_o a_o day_n it_o be_v certain_a that_o much_o of_o these_o aforesaid_a must_v be_v omit_v and_o it_o be_v a_o great_a part_n of_o our_o christian_a duty_n when_o two_o good_a thing_n come_v together_o to_o choose_v that_o which_o hic_fw-la et_fw-la nunc_fw-la be_v the_o great_a to_o choose_v the_o lesser_a than_o be_v a_o sin_n 4._o therefore_o the_o nonconformist_n dare_v not_o reverence_n and_o obedience_n to_o the_o arch_a bishop_n and_o to_o the_o metropolitical_a church_n of_o n._n and_o to_o their_o successor_n so_o help_v i_o god_n through_o jesus_n christ_n 2._o it_o many_o when_o proof_n be_v demand_v will_v be_v so_o chargeable_a and_o take_v up_o so_o much_o time_n as_o that_o it_o will_v undo_v many_o poor_a minister_n that_o have_v scarce_o enough_o to_o maintain_v their_o family_n and_o it_o will_v take_v up_o the_o time_n which_o they_o shall_v use_v in_o the_o necessary_a labour_n for_o their_o flock_n 5._o the_o chancellor_n be_v a_o lie_v man_n to_o who_o they_o must_v be_v present_v and_o the_o issue_n will_v be_v but_o a_o lie_v man_n excommunicate_v they_o if_o obstinate_a or_o absolve_v they_o which_o be_v not_o justify_v by_o the_o bishop_n themselves_o 6._o at_o the_o say_a chancellor_n court_v thing_n be_v manage_v as_o at_o a_o civil_a judicature_n there_o be_v not_o that_o endeavour_n to_o convince_v sinner_n by_o
