between_o a_o petition_n and_o a_o complaint_n charge_n or_o impeachment_n the_o fore_a part_n of_o that_o paper_n which_o he_o call_v something_o offer_v as_o the_o reason_n of_o desire_v the_o public_a hear_v or_o read_v of_o a_o petition_n etc._n etc._n which_o begin_v in_o his_o four_o page_n have_v nothing_o in_o it_o of_o reason_n or_o that_o look_v like_o reason_n let_v he_o assign_v
