when_o the_o sentence_n be_v end_v their_o blind_a zeal_n do_v not_o read_v sentence_n of_o prayer_n that_o the_o ignorant_a may_v learn_v to_o pray_v which_o be_v more_o needful_a in_o this_o life_n it_o be_v better_a to_o sing_v perquier_n but_o one_o verse_n of_o a_o psalm_n all_o our_o life-time_n then_o to_o deform_v god_n worship_n thus_o sing_v all_o the_o psalm_n some_o use_n this_o deformity_n because_o niggardnesse_n hinder_v they_o to_o buy_v a_o number_n of_o psalm_n book_n and_o slugishnesse_n hinder_v they_o to_o teach_v their_o domestics_n to_o read_v 3._o where_o there_o be_v two_o or_o four_o or_o six_o or_o mo_z line_n in_o a_o sentence_n before_o the_o last_o line_n be_v hear_v the_o ignorant_a know_v not_o what_o they_o have_v sing_v and_o so_o they_o play_v the_o hypocrite_n and_o abuse_n god_n name_n seem_v to_o praise_n god_n when_o they_o know_v not_o what_o they_o say_v of_o god_n and_o when_o the_o last_o line_n be_v read_v many_o know_v not_o the_o sense_n because_o they_o have_v forget_v what_o be_v sing_v and_o so_o still_o they_o abuse_v god_n name_n and_o such_o as_o know_v the_o sense_n also_o abuse_v god_n name_n for_o they_o have_v but_o sing_v the_o last_o line_n only_o with_o understanding_n it_o be_v a_o none_o sense_n to_o sing_v a_o part_n and_o not_o the_o whole_a fentence_n with_o understanding_n and_o though_o some_o have_v the_o psalm_n in_o their_o memory_n yet_o they_o deform_v god_n worship_n interrupt_v it_o with_o read_v when_o ignorant_a papist_n pray_v in_o latin_a not_o know_v what_o they_o say_v it_o be_v as_o true_a divine_a worship_n as_o when_o we_o sing_v word_n of_o praise_n in_o our_o own_o language_n not_o know_v what_o we_o say_v if_o any_o sing_v read_v on_o a_o book_n not_o take_v heed_n what_o he_o say_v it_o be_v but_o his_o own_o fault_n and_o he_o may_v amend_v it_o at_o other_o time_n but_o when_o a_o multitude_n be_v force_v by_o a_o law_n or_o custom_n to_o do_v it_o this_o be_v more_o antichristian_a like_a the_o ignorant_a may_v praise_v god_n in_o their_o heart_n with_o a_o hundred_o fold_n more_o true_a devotion_n &_o with_o understanding_n if_o only_o the_o psalm_n be_v
