cessiones_fw-la bonorum_fw-la which_o book_n shall_v be_v keep_v by_o a_o person_n appoint_v or_o to_o be_v appoint_v by_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n who_o shall_v insert_v the_o say_n process_n as_o inner-house_n and_o of_o conclude_v cause_n in_o all_o thing_n conform_v to_o the_o book_n upon_o monday_n all_o be_v oft_o as_o need_v beis_n and_o shall_v add_v to_o the_o cause_n in_o the_o say_a roll_n for_o subsequent_a week_n in_o the_o same_o manner_n as_o be_v appoint_v for_o the_o roll_n of_o the_o outer-house_n and_o both_o in_o the_o book_n and_o roll_n shall_v express_v the_o day_n of_o up-taking_a the_o process_n and_o the_o day_n of_o the_o great_a avisandum_fw-la or_o ordinance_n of_o the_o lord_n for_o hear_v the_o cause_n in_o their_o presence_n subjoyn_v thereto_o the_o cause_n each_o day_n both_o in_o the_o book_n and_o roll_n of_o cause_n to_o be_v discuss_v and_o the_o like_a for_o the_o book_n and_o roll_n of_o conclude_v cause_n according_a to_o the_o date_n of_o the_o conclusion_n of_o the_o cause_n 8._o that_o the_o keeper_n of_o the_o say_n book_n of_o enrollment_n for_o the_o inner-house_n observe_v the_o premise_n punctual_o under_o the_o pain_n of_o deprivation_n and_o be_v further_o censure_v by_o the_o lord_n as_o they_o shall_v see_v cause_n and_o that_o the_o begin_n of_o every_o session_n he_o shall_v make_v faith_n to_o observe_v the_o premise_n in_o all_o point_n 9_o that_o the_o lord_n both_o in_o the_o inner-house_n and_o outer-house_n shall_v proceed_v to_o the_o discuss_n of_o process_n in_o order_n as_o they_o stand_v in_o the_o say_a roll_n respectiuè_fw-la without_o pass_v over_o or_o anticipate_v any_o cause_n and_o that_o each_o process_n shall_v be_v still_o call_v in_o its_o order_n until_o it_o be_v bring_v to_o a_o act_n protestation_n or_o decreet_a and_o if_o it_o be_v delay_v till_o something_o be_v produce_v or_o do_v which_o require_v not_o a_o act_n extract_v that_o after_o the_o day_n to_o which_o
