it_o be_v enact_v that_o the_o justice_n of_o the_o peace_n shall_v be_v of_o the_o best_a in_o every_o county_n that_o upon_o the_o displace_v of_o any_o of_o they_o other_o be_v place_v at_o the_o nomination_n of_o the_o knight_n of_o the_o same_o county_n that_o they_o sit_v four_o time_n at_o least_o every_o year_n that_o none_o be_v displace_v without_o the_o king_n special_a commandment_n or_o testimony_n of_o their_o fellow_n it_o be_v enact_v that_o no_o purveyor_n be_v arrest_v for_o any_o misdemeanour_n shall_v have_v any_o privy-seal_n to_o cause_v such_o as_o arrest_v he_o to_o come_v before_o the_o council_n to_o answer_v the_o king_n but_o have_v his_o remedy_n at_o the_o common_a law._n the_o commons_o petition_n with_o the_o king_n answer_n thereto_o be_v these_o that_o the_o surplusage_n of_o the_o fine_n of_o the_o statute_n of_o labourer_n may_v be_v entire_o distribute_v among_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o whole_a county_n and_o not_o to_o poor_a town_n only_o it_o shall_v be_v part_v among_o the_o poor_a town_n only_o that_o the_o writ_n of_o estreat_n may_v lie_v in_o every_o action_n where_o the_o party_n shall_v recover_v damage_n of_o estreat_n after_o the_o writ_n purchase_v the_o old_a law_n shall_v be_v continue_v that_o remedy_n may_v be_v have_v in_o such_o case_n where_o the_o king_n receive_v the_o profit_n of_o the_o ward_n land_n as_o well_o of_o soccage_n as_o otherwise_o where_o no_o part_n of_o the_o same_o be_v hold_v of_o he_o the_o law_n heretofore_o use_v shall_v continue_v that_o it_o may_v be_v order_v
