prelatical_a convocation_n i_o this_o be_v a_o provincial_n assembly_n for_o the_o province_n of_o canterbury_n which_o consist_v of_o the_o archbishop_n the_o precedent_n of_o all_o the_o other_o bishop_n under_o he_o dean_n archdeacon_n with_o other_o and_o of_o the_o two_o minister_n choose_v out_o of_o every_o diocese_n call_v the_o clerk_n of_o the_o convocation_n to_o the_o number_n of_o 40_o and_o odd_a these_o clerk_n shall_v be_v choose_v free_o by_o the_o public_a consent_n and_o voice_n of_o all_o the_o minister_n in_o every_o diocese_n but_o the_o prelate_n propound_v who_o they_o list_v or_o like_v best_a for_o their_o purpose_n and_o to_o ask_v voice_n which_o be_v give_v to_o they_o of_o many_o through_o fear_n so_o as_o the_o choice_n be_v not_o free_a as_o it_o be_v nothing_o so_o but_o of_o a_o strong_a faction_n of_o prelate_n and_o their_o adherent_n who_o set_v they_o forth_o and_o obtrude_v they_o upon_o we_o unjust_o iv._o the_o canon_n they_o make_v be_v many_o not_o a_o few_o of_o they_o to_o uphold_v their_o prelatical_a authority_n and_o unapprovable_a course_n many_o of_o they_o without_o warrant_n from_o holy_a scripture_n some_o of_o they_o against_o scripture_n some_o of_o they_o superstitious_o ceremonious_a some_o of_o they_o blind_a canon_n as_o these_o 1._o against_o popery_n and_o superstition_n but_o they_o tell_v we_o not_o what_o popery_n be_v what_o superstition_n be_v 2_o against_o socinianism_n but_o without_o declare_v what_o that_o damnable_a heresy_n be_v almost_o every_o one_o of_o they_o need_v examination_n and_o to_o be_v rectify_v for_o the_o peace_n of_o god_n people_n and_o the_o church_n edification_n note_v moreover_o that_o in_o set_v forth_o their_o so_o many_o canon_n there_o be_v none_o charge_v against_o armianism_n that_o semipelagian_a heresy_n none_o against_o the_o prelate_n themselves_o for_o their_o innovation_n and_o exorbitancy_n as_o if_o they_o can_v not_o err_v nor_o ever_o do_v amiss_o last_o before_o they_o break_v up_o they_o look_v not_o to_o have_v their_o canon_n ratify_v by_o parliament_n as_o they_o ought_v but_o do_v make_v themselves_o as_o clergy_n
