uniform_a form_n of_o public_a prayer_n and_o divine_a service_n throughout_o that_o our_o kingdom_n and_o for_o that_o purpose_n authorize_v the_o service_n book_n so_o we_o conceive_v that_o it_o be_v not_o only_o expedient_a but_o necessary_a that_o there_o shall_v be_v one_o uniform_a form_n of_o church_n government_n throughout_o the_o same_o and_o because_o there_o be_v no_o book_n or_o none_o of_o themselves_o can_v tell_v which_o of_o they_o be_v authentical_a and_o so_o unsafe_o and_o uncertaine_o keep_v that_o they_o do_v not_o know_v whither_o to_o address_v themselves_o
