let_v he_o keep_v silence_n in_o the_o church_n and_o let_v he_o speak_v to_o god_n and_o himself_o and_o in_o this_o matter_n as_o well_o as_o the_o rest_n the_o protestant_n also_o may_v keep_v silence_n unless_o they_o can_v speak_v more_o to_o the_o purpose_n §_o 4._o these_o point_n &_o all_o other_o i_o examine_v with_o diligence_n and_o find_v that_o protestant_n ordinary_o do_v not_o true_o apprehend_v many_o of_o the_o catholic_a doctrine_n nor_o just_o oppose_v any_o of_o they_o but_o i_o have_v only_o touch_v these_o few_o particular_n to_o let_v the_o unlearned_a protestant_a reader_n see_v that_o the_o catholic_a doctrine_n be_v not_o such_o monstrous_a thing_n as_o they_o ordinary_o conceive_v they_o but_o rather_o that_o it_o be_v monstrous_a in_o they_o not_o to_o believe_v they_o and_o to_o awaken_v the_o further_a diligence_n of_o all_o protestant_n to_o search_v into_o the_o truth_n of_o all_o point_n so_o far_o as_o they_o be_v able_a either_o by_o themselves_o or_o other_o if_o they_o will_v not_o at_o the_o first_o cast_v themselves_o upon_o the_o infallibility_n of_o the_o church_n which_o i_o conceive_v i_o have_v sufficient_o prove_v in_o the_o former_a part_n of_o this_o treatise_n and_o be_v the_o short_a and_o sure_a way_n and_o to_o read_v the_o book_n of_o catholic_n set_v forth_o to_o this_o purpose_n &_o not_o to_o exercise_v a_o implicit_a faith_n to_o the_o protestant_a religion_n and_o even_o against_o the_o rule_n of_o it_o to_o their_o hurt_n see_v they_o will_v not_o yet_o do_v it_o to_o the_o catholic_a religion_n to_o their_o advantage_n in_o which_o catholic_n book_n they_o shall_v find_v all_o the_o plea_n for_o protestancy_n all_o their_o objection_n against_o catholic_a doctrine_n answer_v with_o that_o learning_n and_o solidity_n with_o that_o clearness_n and_o fullness_n that_o be_v not_o faith_n also_o require_v which_o be_v the_o gift_n of_o god_n only_o to_o the_o apprehension_n of_o those_o thing_n which_o the_o church_n teach_v it_o be_v impossible_a in_o my_o judgement_n impossible_a i_o say_v that_o any_o reasonable_a man_n shall_v continue_v in_o his_o judgement_n a_o protestant_a
