these_o minister_n be_v weak_a not_o fit_a for_o it_o we_o can_v say_v the_o same_o of_o many_o magistrate_n they_o be_v weak_a enough_o but_o then_o suppose_v this_o the_o classical_a minister_n have_v his_o classis_fw-la which_o help_v he_o the_o congregational_a his_o council_n which_o help_v he_o if_o he_o say_v the_o minister_n be_v nought_o many_o etc._n etc._n then_o let_v he_o do_v his_o part_n to_o remove_v such_o to_o which_o end_n if_o church-government_n be_v settle_v there_o will_v be_v a_o mean_n serve_v better_a than_o now_o there_o be_v second_o neither_o need_v he_o
