to_o his_o heavenly_a wisdom_n they_o add_v these_o remarkable_a word_n and_o when_o have_v attain_v their_o ungodly_a desire_n whether_o ambitious_a king_n by_o bring_v any_o country_n into_o their_o contain_v a_o letter_n write_v by_o king_n james_n the_o first_o with_o relation_n to_o this_o very_a convocation_n which_o he_o say_v he_o transcribe_v verbatim_o from_o the_o original_a communicate_v to_o he_o by_o a_o eminent_a person_n in_o who_o hand_n it_o be_v the_o four_o last_o line_n of_o which_o be_v write_v with_o king_n james_n own_o hand_n and_o the_o rest_n as_o he_o guess_v by_o the_o then_o secretary_n of_o state_n the_o letter_n be_v write_v to_o dr._n abbot_n i_o shall_v not_o transcribe_v the_o whole_a but_o such_o passage_n as_o may_v satisfy_v we_o how_o king_n james_n himself_o understand_v the_o convocation_n you_o have_v dip_v too_o deep_a in_o what_o all_o king_n reserve_v among_o the_o arcana_fw-la imperii_fw-la and_o whatever_o aversion_n you_o may_v profess_v against_o god_n be_v the_o author_n of_o sin_n you_o have_v stumble_v upon_o the_o threshold_n of_o that_o opinion_n in_o say_v upon_o the_o matter_n that_o even_o tyranny_n be_v god_n authority_n and_o shall_v be_v reverence_v as_o such_o if_o the_o king_n of_o spain_n shall_v return_v to_o claim_v his_o old_a pontifical_a right_n to_o my_o kingdom_n you_o leave_v i_o to_o seek_v for_o other_o to_o fight_v for_o it_o for_o you_o tell_v i_o upon_o the_o matter_n before_o hand_n his_o authority_n be_v god_n authority_n if_o he_o prevail_v this_o make_v so_o much_o for_o our_o author_n indeed_o that_o king_n james_n do_v not_o like_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o convocation_n no_o more_o than_o he_o do_v but_o than_o it_o prove_v against_o he_o that_o k._n james_n understand_v the_o convocation_n not_o in_o he_o but_o in_o my_o sense_n for_o when_o he_o charge_v they_o with_o say_v upon_o the_o matter_n that_o be_v in_o sense_n though_o not_o in_o express_a word_n that_o tyranny_n be_v god_n authority_n and_o shall_v be_v reverence_v as_o such_o it_o be_v the_o very_a interpretation_n i_o there_o give_v of_o it_o that_o those_o prince_n who_o have_v no_o legal_a right_n to_o their_o throne_n may_v yet_o have_v god_n authority_n for_o by_o tyranny_n the_o king_n mean_v such_o prince_n as_o be_v tyranni_fw-la sine_fw-la titulo_fw-la or_o illegal_a king_n for_o as_o for_o tyrant_n exercitio_fw-la who_o be_v rightful_a king_n but_o govern_v tyrannical_o neither_o k._n james_n nor_o this_o author_n will_v dispute_v whether_o they_o have_v god_n authority_n and_o if_o they_o may_v have_v god_n authority_n whilst_o they_o be_v in_o the_o first_o sense_n tyrant_n or_o have_v no_o legal_a right_n to_o their_o throne_n than_o their_o government_n may_v be_v thorough_o settle_v as_o the_o convocation_n speak_v without_o a_o legal_a right_n for_o till_o a_o thorough_a settlement_n according_a to_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o convocation_n they_o have_v not_o god_n authority_n and_o when_o the_o king_n charge_v they_o with_o say_v upon_o the_o matter_n that_o tyranny_n be_v god_n authority_n he_o must_v conclude_v that_o they_o teach_v that_o such_o tyrant_n may_v be_v thorough_o settle_v in_o their_o government_n for_o if_o they_o can_v be_v settle_v till_o they_o obtain_v a_o legal_a title_n they_o must_v cease_v to_o be_v such_o tyrant_n before_o they_o have_v god_n authority_n and_o it_o be_v evident_a that_o k._n james_n do_v not_o apprehend_v that_o the_o convocation_n mean_v by_o a_o thorough_a settlement_n as_o this_o author_n expound_v it_o a_o settlement_n by_o the_o death_n or_o session_n of_o the_o rightful_a king_n and_o all_o his_o heir_n or_o by_o a_o long_a prescription_n of_o a_o hundred_o year_n of_o which_o more_o present_o for_o he_o be_v afraid_a that_o by_o this_o doctrine_n the_o king_n of_o spain_n shall_v he_o claim_v by_o his_o pontifical_a right_n and_o prevail_v in_o it_o might_n while_o he_o himself_o live_v be_v so_o thorough_o settle_v in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o england_n as_o to_o have_v god_n authority_n and_o then_o his_o subject_n must_v not_o fight_v for_o he_o their_o old_a rightful_a king_n against_o the_o king_n of_o spain_n who_o by_o a_o thorough_a settlement_n and_o possession_n of_o the_o throne_n of_o england_n will_v be_v invest_v with_o god_n authority_n and_o must_v not_o be_v oppose_v by_o the_o subject_n of_o england_n the_o king_n dislike_v this_o doctrine_n so_o much_o that_o he_o think_v fit_a to_o suppress_v it_o and_o to_o reserve_v it_o among_o the_o arcana_fw-la imperii_fw-la which_o be_v a_o much_o wise_a course_n then_o to_o palliate_v it_o with_o such_o force_a interpretation_n as_o no_o impartial_a reader_n can_v think_v to_o be_v the_o sense_n of_o the_o convocation_n if_o i_o have_v mistake_v the_o sense_n of_o the_o convocation_n i_o have_v do_v no_o more_o than_o king_n james_n do_v who_o be_v near_o concern_v to_o know_v what_o they_o mean_v if_o i_o err_v in_o follow_v the_o convocation_n i_o err_v with_o as_o great_a and_o learned_a man_n as_o any_o age_n of_o the_o church_n have_v breed_v i_o err_v with_o the_o church_n of_o england_n if_o we_o may_v learn_v the_o sense_n of_o the_o church_n from_o a_o convocation_n but_o let_v we_o set_v aside_o the_o king_n letter_n and_o try_v if_o we_o
from_o ruin_n this_o objection_n have_v be_v answer_v more_o than_o once_o in_o my_o case_n of_o allegiance_n but_o because_o i_o find_v some_o man_n very_o unwilling_a to_o understand_v it_o i_o will_v try_v whether_o i_o can_v set_v it_o in_o a_o clear_a light_n now_o here_o be_v two_o thing_n to_o be_v consider_v 1._o the_o right_n to_o the_o crown_n 2._o the_o right_n to_o allegiance_n as_o for_o the_o first_o the_o fundamental_a prejudice_n and_o mistake_n seem_v to_o be_v this_o that_o man_n make_v no_o difference_n between_o a_o legal_a right_n to_o the_o crown_n and_o the_o legal_a right_n of_o subject_n to_o their_o estate_n and_o therefore_o think_v it_o as_o wicked_a and_o unjust_a for_o subject_n whatever_o their_o circumstance_n be_v to_o own_o any_o other_o prince_n but_o the_o legal_a heir_n as_o it_o will_v be_v for_o tenant_n to_o pay_v their_o rent_n to_o any_o but_o their_o true_a legal_a lord_n but_o i_o apprehend_v a_o great_a difference_n between_o these_o two_o case_n and_o it_o be_v this_o that_o in_o settle_v a_o estate_n there_o be_v nothing_o more_o require_v but_o a_o mere_a humane_a right_n but_o to_o make_v a_o legal_a king_n beside_o a_o humane_a right_n to_o the_o crown_n he_o must_v have_v god_n authority_n there_o be_v nothing_o but_o a_o legal_a descent_n and_o a_o legal_a possession_n that_o give_v right_o to_o a_o legal_a estate_n and_o therefore_o the_o law_n must_v have_v its_o effect_n and_o be_v the_o only_a adequate_a rule_n of_o right_n and_o wrong_n in_o such_o case_n and_o though_o the_o providence_n of_o god_n allot_v man_n private_a fortune_n though_o he_o make_v rich_a and_o make_v poor_a yet_o he_o give_v no_o man_n a_o right_n to_o a_o estate_n which_o he_o have_v get_v by_o fraud_n injustice_n and_o violence_n nor_o exempt_v they_o from_o legal_a punishment_n and_o prosecution_n but_o leave_v all_o such_o mere_a legal_a right_n under_o the_o general_a influence_n of_o his_o providence_n to_o the_o care_n of_o public_a government_n but_o now_o if_o a_o mere_a humane_a right_n can_v make_v a_o king_n but_o it_o be_v god_n authority_n which_o make_v a_o king_n if_o god_n reserve_v this_o authority_n in_o his_o own_o hand_n to_o the_o free_a disposal_n of_o his_o own_o sovereign_n will_v and_o counsel_n and_o do_v not_o inseparable_o annex_v it_o to_o humane_a entail_v of_o the_o crown_n if_o god_n authority_n without_o a_o humane_a right_n can_v make_v a_o king_n but_o humane_a law_n can_v make_v a_o king_n without_o god_n authority_n this_o may_v satisfy_v we_o that_o when_o god_n think_v fit_a to_o interpose_v his_o authority_n a_o mere_a legal_a right_n be_v not_o a_o sufficient_a reason_n to_o adhere_v to_o a_o prince_n who_o god_n have_v remove_v from_o the_o throne_n nor_o the_o mere_a want_n of_o a_o legal_a right_n a_o sufficient_a reason_n to_o disow_v a_o prince_n who_o god_n have_v set_v upon_o the_o throne_n if_o mere_a law_n make_v a_o king_n as_o it_o make_v a_o heir_n to_o a_o estate_n it_o be_v very_o unjust_a in_o subject_n to_o own_o any_o but_o a_o legal_a king_n but_o if_o the_o sovereign_a authority_n of_o god_n can_v remove_v a_o king_n who_o have_v the_o legal_a right_n and_o set_v up_o a_o king_n who_o have_v no_o legal_a right_n then_o mere_a humane_a law_n be_v not_o the_o only_a rule_n of_o right_n and_o wrong_n in_o this_o matter_n and_o there_o be_v no_o reason_n to_o charge_v any_o man_n who_o upon_o these_o term_n submit_v to_o a_o new_a prince_n with_o the_o least_o injustice_n either_o in_o disow_v his_o old_a legal_a prince_n or_o in_o submit_v to_o a_o new_a one_o second_o as_o for_o the_o right_n to_o allegiance_n it_o be_v the_o great_a design_n of_o my_o book_n to_o prove_v that_o allegiance_n be_v not_o immediate_o due_a to_o a_o legal_a right_n to_o the_o crown_n but_o to_o government_n and_o therefore_o a_o prince_n who_o have_v a_o legal_a right_n to_o the_o throne_n but_o have_v it_o not_o can_v have_v a_o right_n to_o my_o allegiance_n till_o he_o gain_v the_o throne_n and_o i_o deny_v he_o no_o right_n which_o he_o can_v just_o claim_v though_o i_o deny_v my_o allegiance_n to_o he_o while_o he_o be_v out_o of_o the_o throne_n and_o methinks_v our_o author_n shall_v have_v answer_v all_o that_o i_o say_v upon_o this_o argument_n before_o he_o have_v so_o dogmatical_o tell_v we_o that_o the_o general_a rule_n about_o right_a and_o wrong_n which_o extend_v to_o all_o person_n and_o case_n make_v it_o needless_a for_o st._n paul_n to_o have_v tell_v we_o that_o by_o the_o high_a power_n and_o the_o power_n that_o be_v he_o mean_v only_o legal_a power_n for_o if_o illegal_a power_n in_o his_o sense_n may_v be_v the_o hight_a power_n and_o the_o power_n that_o at_o present_a be_v who_o have_v the_o actual_a administration_n of_o government_n and_o allegiance_n be_v immediate_o due_a only_o to_o the_o govern_v power_n then_o notwithstanding_o the_o general_n rule_v of_o right_n and_o wrong_n the_o apostle_n may_v mean_v our_o author_n be_v illegal_a power_n i_o be_o sure_a the_o reason_n of_o thing_n do_v not_o prove_v the_o contrary_a for_o when_o the_o allegiance_n and_o obedience_n of_o subject_n be_v a_o duty_n only_o for_o the_o sake_n of_o government_n for_o the_o ease_n and_o safety_n of_o it_o it_o be_v very_o strange_a that_o it_o shall_v not_o be_v due_a to_o a_o settle_a government_n but_o due_a to_o a_o prince_n who_o do_v not_o and_o can_v govern._n and_o if_o i_o may_v have_v liberty_n to_o dispute_v with_o this_o author_n upon_o his_o own_o principle_n i_o desire_v to_o know_v of_o he_o whether_o allegiance_n be_v due_a to_o any_o prince_n upon_o any_o other_o account_n than_o his_o be_v invest_v with_o god_n authority_n let_v he_o say_v it_o be_v at_o the_o utmost_a peril_n of_o his_o cause_n how_o then_o do_v god_n invest_v any_o prince_n with_o his_o authority_n of_o government_n who_o he_o do_v not_o immediate_o nominate_v as_o he_o do_v in_o the_o kingdom_n of_o judah_n it_o must_v be_v either_o by_o annex_v his_o authority_n to_o the_o legal_a office_n or_o by_o place_v such_o a_o person_n on_o the_o throne_n by_o what_o mean_v soever_o he_o do_v it_o or_o by_o both_o and_o then_o it_o be_v certain_a no_o prince_n can_v have_v god_n authority_n who_o be_v not_o in_o possession_n of_o the_o throne_n and_o then_o no_o allegiance_n can_v be_v due_a to_o he_o if_o god_n authority_n be_v annex_v to_o the_o regal_a office_n a_o prince_n must_v be_v in_o the_o actual_a administration_n of_o the_o regal_a office_n and_o power_n before_o he_o can_v have_v god_n authority_n as_o a_o man_n must_v be_v actual_o marry_v before_o he_o can_v have_v the_o authority_n which_o the_o divine_a law_n give_v to_o a_o husband_n if_o god_n settle_v a_o prince_n in_o the_o throne_n give_v he_o this_o authority_n than_o no_o prince_n who_o be_v remove_v from_o the_o throne_n can_v have_v god_n authority_n and_o this_o be_v agreeable_a to_o the_o language_n of_o scripture_n when_o god_n be_v say_v to_o remove_v king_n and_o set_v up_o king_n which_o when_o it_o do_v not_o signify_v the_o express_a revelation_n of_o his_o will_n but_o the_o act_n of_o his_o providence_n can_v mean_v no_o more_o than_o the_o remove_n one_o king_n from_o the_o throne_n and_o place_v another_o in_o it_o as_o it_o be_v elsewhere_o express_v he_o pull_v down_o the_o mighty_a from_o their_o seat_n and_o exalt_v the_o humble_a and_o meek_a the_o truth_n be_v the_o authority_n of_o government_n be_v always_o god_n authority_n and_o that_o be_v the_o reason_n bishop_n overal_n convocation_n book_n give_v why_o any_o degenerate_a form_n of_o government_n when_o thorough_o settle_v must_v be_v reverence_v and_o obey_v because_o the_o authority_n so_o unjust_o get_v 57_o or_o wring_v by_o force_n from_o the_o true_a and_o lawful_a possessor_n be_v always_o god_n authority_n which_o they_o offer_v no_o proof_n at_o all_o of_o but_o what_o be_v suppose_v in_o their_o reason_n that_o the_o authority_n of_o government_n when_o it_o be_v once_o settle_a be_v god_n authority_n and_o then_o how_o those_o prince_n who_o whatever_o their_o right_n be_v have_v no_o authority_n of_o government_n shall_v have_v god_n authority_n i_o can_v guess_v for_o to_o call_v a_o right_n to_o the_o crown_n the_o authority_n of_o government_n be_v contrary_a to_o the_o sense_n of_o mankind_n when_o they_o speak_v of_o sovereign_a prince_n for_o he_o have_v the_o actual_a authority_n who_o actual_o administer_v the_o government_n and_o it_o be_v actual_a authority_n which_o be_v god_n authority_n not_o authority_n in_o fancy_n and_o idea_n for_o god_n do_v not_o give_v authority_n to_o have_v have_v fair_a quarter_n on_o all_o hand_n though_o in_o effect_n the_o thing_n have_v be_v the_o same_o and_o i_o have_v teach_v the_o same_o thing_n viz._n that_o when_o a_o rightful_a king_n be_v dispossess_v subject_n may_v own_v and_o submit_v to_o the_o king_n who_o be_v settle_v in_o the_o possession_n of_o the_o throne_n which_o be_v all_o i_o undertake_v to_o prove_v have_v i_o only_o say_v that_o conquest_n in_o a_o just_a war_n by_o the_o law_n of_o nation_n give_v a_o right_a to_o the_o conqueror_n though_o the_o former_a king_n be_v alive_a and_o have_v make_v his_o escape_n have_v i_o only_o say_v that_o unjust_a force_n and_o violence_n make_v it_o lawful_a for_o subject_n to_o submit_v when_o the_o prince_n can_v protect_v they_o and_o such_o submission_n and_o consent_n of_o the_o people_n settle_v a_o prince_n in_o the_o kingdom_n i_o may_v have_v escape_v very_o well_o as_o other_o have_v do_v or_o have_v i_o only_o say_v that_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n allow_v and_o require_v subject_n to_o pay_v allegiance_n to_o a_o king_n de_fw-fr facto_fw-la in_o possession_n of_o the_o crown_n most_o of_o our_o non-swearer_n themselves_o will_v have_v allow_v this_o a_o good_a plea_n can_v i_o have_v persuade_v they_o it_o be_v true_a for_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n they_o must_v allow_v to_o be_v the_o rule_n and_o measure_n of_o our_o allegiance_n but_o now_o to_o add_v that_o god_n by_o all_o these_o way_n and_o mean_n make_v king_n and_o settle_v they_o on_o their_o throne_n and_o give_v his_o authority_n to_o they_o this_o spoil_v all_o and_o be_v a_o impious_a doctrine_n that_o be_v any_o of_o these_o way_n will_v make_v very_o good_a king_n without_o god_n but_o it_o be_v a_o very_a wicked_a thing_n to_o say_v that_o god_n make_v they_o king_n or_o give_v his_o authority_n to_o they_o for_o it_o be_v a_o dangerous_a thing_n to_o allow_v that_o god_n make_v king_n or_o that_o king_n have_v his_o authority_n or_o that_o the_o providence_n of_o god_n do_v not_o bare_o permit_v but_o govern_v all_o the_o change_n and_o revolution_n of_o the_o world_n but_o i_o have_v learn_v from_o scripture_n and_o b._n overal_n '_o s_o convocation_n book_n prove_v that_o those_o learned_a man_n be_v of_o the_o same_o mind_n that_o king_n be_v make_v only_o by_o god_n and_o that_o it_o be_v god_n authority_n which_o make_v they_o king_n and_o therefore_o i_o can_v not_o think_v it_o enough_o to_o say_v by_o what_o visible_a mean_n prince_n be_v advance_v to_o the_o throne_n without_o add_v that_o the_o providence_n of_o god_n by_o these_o mean_n settle_v they_o in_o the_o throne_n and_o give_v his_o authority_n to_o they_o on_o which_o the_o true_a resolution_n of_o conscience_n depend_v in_o all_o such_o revolution_n and_o if_o this_o be_v my_o only_a fault_n that_o i_o assert_v the_o right_n and_o prerogative_n of_o god_n in_o make_v king_n and_o the_o wisdom_n and_o government_n of_o providence_n in_o all_o the_o revolution_n of_o state_n and_o empire_n i_o be_o content_v to_o suffer_v obloquy_n and_o reproach_n for_o maintain_v such_o impious_a doctrine_n our_o author_n in_o his_o answer_n have_v another_o argument_n to_o prove_v that_o we_o misrepresent_v the_o sense_n of_o the_o convocation_n which_o he_o have_v think_v fit_a to_o leave_v out_o in_o his_o postscript_n 22._o viz._n that_o the_o interpretation_n we_o give_v of_o it_o be_v inconsistent_a with_o the_o main_a and_o fundamental_a doctrine_n of_o the_o convocation_n book_n viz._n passive_a obedience_n and_o nonresistance_n but_o if_o the_o convocation_n teach_v both_o as_o they_o certain_o do_v it_o be_v a_o sign_n that_o whatever_o our_o author_n think_v or_o whatever_o he_o can_v prove_v the_o convocation_n do_v not_o apprehend_v any_o inconsistency_n between_o they_o i_o observe_v in_o the_o case_n that_o the_o doctrine_n of_o obedience_n and_o allegiance_n to_o the_o present_a power_n 36._o be_v found_v on_o the_o same_o principle_n with_o the_o doctrine_n of_o nonresistance_n and_o passive_a obedience_n viz._n that_o god_n make_v king_n and_o invest_n they_o with_o his_o authority_n which_o equal_o prove_v that_o all_o king_n who_o have_v receive_v a_o sovereign_a authority_n from_o god_n must_v be_v obey_v and_o must_v not_o be_v resist_v and_o therefore_o all_o settle_a government_n as_o the_o convocation_n assert_n have_v their_o authority_n from_o god_n must_v be_v obey_v for_o the_o same_o reason_n for_o which_o we_o must_v not_o resist_v sovereign_a prince_n viz._n because_o they_o have_v their_o authority_n from_o god_n but_o this_o our_o author_n think_v fit_a to_o pass_v over_o for_o it_o be_v a_o plain_a case_n that_o nonresistance_n and_o passive_a obedience_n can_v be_v due_a only_o to_o he_o who_o be_v our_o king_n and_o if_o god_n can_v remove_v one_o king_n and_o set_v up_o another_o nonresistance_n must_v be_v due_a not_o to_o the_o king_n who_o god_n have_v pull_v down_o but_o to_o the_o king_n who_o god_n have_v set_v up_o and_o therefore_o he_o may_v harangue_n as_o long_o as_o he_o please_v upon_o this_o argument_n to_o no_o purpose_n unless_o he_o can_v prove_v that_o god_n have_v not_o pull_v down_o one_o king_n and_o set_v up_o another_o his_o next_o argument_n against_o this_o interpretation_n of_o the_o convocation_n book_n be_v this_o that_o it_o reproach_n the_o virtue_n and_o loyalty_n of_o those_o admirable_a man_n who_o suffer_v between_o the_o year_n 42._o and_o 60._o and_o therefore_o this_o can_v be_v the_o sense_n of_o the_o convocation_n for_o no_o doubt_n the_o convocation_n in_o 603._o have_v great_a regard_n to_o the_o loyalty_n of_o those_o who_o suffer_v between_o 42._o and_o 60_o by_o a_o spirit_n of_o prophecy_n i_o suppose_v and_o here_o our_o author_n grow_v very_o angry_a both_o in_o his_o answer_n and_o postscript_n and_o give_v many_o hard_a and_o spiteful_a word_n to_o his_o adversary_n but_o be_v that_o to_o himself_o i_o be_o resolve_v not_o to_o be_v angry_a this_o i_o answer_v at_o large_a in_o the_o case_n of_o allegiance_n p._n 46._o etc._n etc._n and_o shall_v now_o take_v a_o brief_a review_n of_o it_o i_o say_v it_o be_v a_o great_a prejudice_n but_o no_o argument_n for_o if_o these_o principle_n be_v true_a and_o according_a to_o these_o principle_n they_o may_v have_v comply_v with_o those_o usurpation_n that_o they_o do_v not_o be_v no_o confutation_n of_o the_o principle_n he_o answer_v 14._o i_o think_v a_o argument_n from_o example_n have_v be_v a_o argument_n though_o not_o always_o a_o very_a good_a one_o right_a but_o example_n be_v only_o a_o prejudice_n not_o a_o argument_n against_o plain_a reason_n which_o can_v otherwise_o be_v answer_v let_v reason_n be_v first_o answer_v and_o then_o when_o there_o be_v no_o reason_n against_o a_o thing_n the_o example_n of_o great_a and_o wise_a man_n without_o any_o other_o reason_n carry_v some_o authority_n with_o they_o especial_o when_o we_o have_v other_o good_a reason_n for_o do_v any_o thing_n example_n give_v some_o new_a strength_n to_o they_o and_o thus_o the_o example_n of_o jaddus_n may_v be_v a_o argument_n when_o other_o example_n be_v none_o though_o he_o know_v the_o example_n of_o jaddus_n be_v allege_v by_o i_o only_o to_o prove_v the_o sense_n of_o the_o convocation_n and_o how_o jaddus_n himself_o understand_v his_o oath_n of_o allegiance_n to_o darius_n which_o be_v a_o very_a different_a case_n from_o what_o he_o urge_v but_o to_o let_v pass_v his_o transport_n of_o zeal_n and_o to_o forgive_v the_o froth_n and_o folly_n of_o it_o when_o he_o urge_v the_o example_n of_o these_o great_a man_n there_o be_v many_o thing_n he_o ought_v to_o have_v consider_v as_o 1._o he_o shall_v have_v consider_v who_o he_o reproach_v in_o all_o this_o as_o well_o as_o who_o he_o commend_v he_o reproach_n all_o those_o who_o in_o those_o time_n of_o confusion_n submit_v to_o the_o usurp_v power_n and_o live_v quiet_o and_o peaceable_o under_o they_o and_o yet_o the_o king_n find_v a_o great_a many_o true_a friend_n and_o loyal_a person_n at_o his_o return_n among_o those_o man_n he_o reproach_n all_o those_o loyal_a person_n both_o of_o the_o nobility_n gentry_n and_o clergy_n
