mention_v in_o the_o say_a book_n or_o minister_v the_o sacrament_n from_o and_o after_o the_o feast_n of_o the_o nativity_n of_o st._n john_n baptist_n next_o come_v refuse_n to_o use_v the_o say_v common_a prayer_n or_o to_o minister_v the_o sacrament_n in_o such_o cathedral_n or_o parish_n church_n or_o other_o place_n as_o he_o shall_v use_v to_o minister_v the_o same_o in_o such_o order_n or_o form_n as_o they_o be_v mention_v and_o set_v forth_o in_o the_o say_a book_n or_o shall_v wilful_o or_o obstinate_o stand_v in_o the_o same_o use_v any_o other_o rite_n ceremony_n order_n

church_n or_o private_a chapel_n or_o oratory_n common_o call_v the_o service_n of_o the_o church_n or_o shall_v preach_v prayer_n the_o penalty_n for_o deprave_v the_o book_n of_o common_a prayer_n declare_v or_o speak_v any_o thing_n in_o the_o derogation_n or_o deprave_v of_o the_o say_a book_n or_o any_o thing_n there_o in_o contain_v or_o of_o any_o part_n thereof_o and_o shall_v be_v thereof_o lawful_o convict_v according_a to_o the_o law_n of_o this_o realm_n by_o verdict_n of_o 12._o man_n or_o by_o his_o own_o confession_n or_o by_o the_o notorious_a evidence_n of_o the_o there_o to_o be_v use_v and_o minister_v 1._o the_o forfeiture_n for_o not_o come_v to_o church_n 32._o eliz._n 1._o upon_o pain_n of_o punishment_n by_o the_o censure_n of_o the_o church_n and_o also_o upon_o pain_n that_o every_o person_n so_o offend_v shall_v forfeit_v for_o such_o offence_n twelvepence_n to_o be_v levy_v by_o the_o churchwarden_n of_o the_o parish_n where_o such_o get_v at_o who_o charge_n the_o book_n of_o common_a prayer_n shall_v be_v get_v provide_v also_o and_o be_v it_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o the_o book_n concern_v the_o say_a service_n shall_v at_o the_o cost_v and_o charge_n of_o the_o parishioner_n of_o every_o parish_n and_o cathedral_n church_n be_v attain_v and_o get_v before_o the_o say_a feast_n of_o the_o nativity_n of_o st._n john_n baptist_n next_o follow_v and_o that_o all_o such_o parish_n and_o cathedral_n church_n or_o other_o place_n where_o the_o say_v book_n shall_v be_v attain_v and_o get_v before_o the_o say_a feast_n of_o the_o nativity_n of_o saint_n john_n baptist_n shall_v within_o three_o week_n next_o after_o the_o say_v book_n so_o attain_v and_o get_v use_v the_o say_a service_n and_o put_v the_o same_o in_o vre_n according_a to_o this_o act._n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n shall_v be_v at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o impeach_v impeach_v within_o what_o time_n offender_n shall_v be_v impeach_v or_o otherwise_o molest_v of_o or_o for_o any_o of_o the_o offence_n abovementioned_a hereafter_o to_o be_v commit_v or_o do_v contrary_a to_o this_o act_n unless_o he_o or_o they_o so_o offend_v be_v thereof_o indict_v at_o the_o next_o general_n session_n to_o be_v hold_v before_o any_o such_o justice_n of_o oyer_n and_o determiner_n or_o justice_n of_o assize_n next_o after_o any_o offence_n commit_v or_o do_v contrary_a to_o the_o tenor_n of_o this_o act_n peer_n trial_n of_o peer_n provide_v
