complain_v of_o in_o the_o ecclesiastical_a court_n the_o synod_n do_v decree_n and_o ordain_v that_o hereafter_o no_o bishop_n shall_v grant_v any_o patent_n to_o any_o chancellor_n commissary_n or_o
