please_v to_o manifest_v himself_o to_o man_n in_o such_o a_o manner_n that_o they_o have_v evidence_n it_o be_v he_o who_o speak_v to_o they_o he_o have_v deprive_v we_o of_o the_o merit_n of_o faith_n and_o himself_o of_o that_o duty_n which_o we_o be_v oblige_v to_o give_v every_o honest_a man_n for_o though_o divine_a faith_n do_v exclude_v all_o doubt_n and_o fear_n of_o falsehood_n yet_o it_o suppose_v in_o the_o subject_a a_o possibility_n of_o doubt_v if_o man_n will_v be_v obstinate_a and_o imprudent_a but_o there_o be_v none_o so_o obstinate_a and_o imprudent_a that_o can_v doubt_v of_o the_o truth_n of_o god_n word_n if_o it_o be_v evident_a to_o he_o that_o god_n speak_v they_o though_o we_o hear_v man_n speak_v we_o do_v they_o a_o courtesy_n in_o believe_v they_o because_o they_o be_v fallible_a and_o we_o do_v not_o read_v the_o truth_n in_o their_o word_n though_o we_o believe_v they_o but_o if_o we_o have_v evidence_n that_o god_n utter_v any_o word_n the_o truth_n of_o they_o must_v be_v as_o clear_v as_o it_o be_v that_o he_o can_v neither_o lie_v nor_o be_v mistake_v and_o if_o the_o truth_n be_v clear_a and_o evident_a to_o our_o understanding_n we_o believe_v ourselves_o and_o not_o god_n though_o he_o shall_v speak_v it_o to_o believe_v be_v to_o trust_v and_o he_o that_o have_v evidence_n of_o any_o truth_n do_v as_o little_o trust_v the_o speaker_n as_o we_o rely_v upon_o another_o credit_n for_o the_o money_n we_o have_v in_o our_o own_o coffer_n 2_o see_v therefore_o that_o either_o god_n must_v not_o be_v believe_v by_o man_n or_o
