minister_n without_o the_o two_o churchwarden_n nor_o the_o churchwarden_n without_o the_o minister_n shall_v at_o any_o time_n take_v that_o book_n out_o of_o the_o say_a coffer_n and_o henceforth_o upon_o every_o sabbath_n day_n immediate_o after_o morning_n or_o evening_n prayer_n the_o minister_n and_o churchwarden_n shall_v take_v the_o say_a parchment_n book_n out_o of_o the_o say_a coffer_n and_o the_o minister_n in_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o churchwarden_n shall_v write_v and_o record_v in_o the_o say_a book_n the_o name_n of_o all_o person_n christen_v together_o with_o the_o name_n and_o surname_n of_o their_o parent_n and_o also_o the_o name_n of_o all_o person_n marry_v and_o bury_v in_o that_o parish_n in_o the_o week_n before_o and_o the_o day_n and_o year_n of_o every_o such_o christen_n marriage_n and_o burial_n and_o that_o do_v they_o shall_v lay_v up_o that_o book_n in_o the_o coffer_n as_o before_o and_o the_o minister_n and_o churchwarden_n unto_o every_o marry_a or_o bury_v in_o their_o parish_n in_o the_o year_n before_o end_v the_o say_v five_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o march_n and_o the_o certain_a day_n and_o month_n in_o which_o every_o such_o christen_n marriage_n and_o burial_n be_v have_v to_o be_v subscribe_v with_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o say_a minister_n and_o churchwarden_n to_o the_o end_n the_o same_o may_v faithful_o be_v preserve_v in_o the_o registry_n of_o the_o say_a bishop_n which_o certificate_n shall_v be_v receive_v without_o fee_n and_o if_o the_o minister_n or_o churchwarden_n shall_v be_v negligent_a in_o performance_n of_o any_o thing_n herein_o contain_v it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o bishop_n or_o his_o chancellor_n to_o convent_n they_o and_o proceed_v against_o every_o of_o they_o as_o contemner_n of_o this_o our_o constitution_n lxxi_o minister_n not_o to_o preach_v or_o administer_v the_o communion_n in_o private_a house_n no_o minister_n shall_v prench_v or_o administer_v the_o holy_a communion_n in_o any_o private_a house_n except_o it_o be_v in_o time_n of_o necessity_n when_o any_o be_v either_o so_o impotent_a as_o he_o can_v go_v to_o the_o church_n or_o very_o dangerous_o sick_a be_v desirous_a to_o be_v partaker_n of_o the_o holy_a sacrament_n upon_o pain_n of_o suspension_n for_o the_o first_o offence_n and_o excommunication_n for_o the_o second_o provide_v that_o house_n be_v here_o repute_v for_o private_a house_n wherein_o be_v no_o chapel_n dedicate_v and_o allow_v by_o the_o ecclesiastical_a law_n of_o this_o realm_n and_o provide_v also_o under_o the_o pain_n before_o express_v that_o no_o chaplain_n do_v preach_v or_o administer_v the_o communion_n in_o any_o other_o place_n but_o in_o the_o chapel_n of_o the_o say_a house_n and_o that_o also_o they_o do_v the_o same_o very_a seldom_o upon_o sunday_n and_o holiday_n so_o that_o both_o the_o lord_n and_o master_n of_o the_o say_a house_n and_o their_o family_n shall_v at_o other_o time_n resort_v to_o their_o own_o parish_n church_n and_o there_o receive_v the_o holy_a communion_n at_o the_o least_o once_o every_o year_n lxxii_o minister_n not_o to_o appoint_v public_a or_o private_a fast_n or_o prophecy_n or_o to_o exercise_n but_o by_o authority_n no_o minister_n or_o minister_n shall_v without_o the_o licence_n and_o direction_n of_o the_o bishop_n of_o the_o diocese_n first_o obtain_v and_o have_v under_o his_o hand_n and_o seal_n appoint_v or_o keep_v any_o solemn_a fast_n either_o public_o or_o in_o any_o private_a house_n other_o than_o such_o as_o by_o law_n be_v or_o by_o public_a authority_n shall_v be_v appoint_v nor_o shall_v be_v witting_o present_a at_o any_o of_o they_o under_o pain_n of_o suspension_n for_o the_o first_o fault_n of_o
