when_o as_o they_o take_v hold_v only_o on_o the_o dead_a letter_n for_o he_o do_v not_o simp_o reprehend_v we_o because_o we_o seek_v life_n in_o the_o scripture_n see_v they_o be_v provide_v and_o appoint_v to_o we_o for_o the_o same_o purpose_n for_o the_o word_n of_o the_o lord_n be_v call_v the_o word_n of_o life_n and_o salvation_n red_a the_o scripture_n ordain_v of_o all_o man_n to_o be_v red_a because_o they_o which_o read_v the_o scripture_n by_o faith_n in_o christ_n be_v instruct_v to_o salvation_n &_o shall_v find_v in_o deed_n in_o they_o everlasting_a life_n but_o he_o commend_v this_o that_o the_o jew_n think_v that_o the_o scripture_n be_v able_a to_o quicken_v they_o when_o as_o they_o be_v far_o from_o the_o true_a sense_n and_o meaning_n thereof_o may_v when_o they_o seek_v to_o suppress_v the_o light_n of_o life_n contain_v in_o they_o for_o how_o can_v the_o law_n bring_v life_n without_o christ_n who_o alone_o bring_v the_o same_o they_z therefore_o which_o read_v the_o scripture_n without_o faith_n in_o christ_n 3.9_o rom._n 7.7_o 2._o cor._n 3.9_o shall_v find_v nothing_o in_o they_o but_o the_o kill_n letter_n as_o the_o apostle_n paul_n teach_v moreover_o we_o be_v teach_v by_o this_o place_n to_o seek_v the_o knowledge_n of_o christ_n out_o of_o the_o scripture_n for_o they_o which_o imagine_v of_o christ_n what_o they_o list_v themselves_o christ_n there_o whosoever_o declyne_v from_o this_o scope_n and_o end_n how_o so_o ever_o he_o spend_v his_o whole_a life_n and_o weary_v himself_o in_o read_v he_o shall_v never_o attain_v to_o
