say_v that_o no_o sermon_n or_o sacrament_n shall_v at_o any_o time_n be_v hold_v lawful_o or_o effectual_o make_v or_o do_v when_o these_o shall_v not_o be_v also_o use_v but_o the_o intention_n of_o the_o act_n of_o uniformity_n as_o a_o act_n of_o uniformity_n must_v be_v construe_v that_o in_o the_o time_n appoint_v for_o the_o use_n of_o such_o like_a thing_n that_o then_o for_o preservation_n of_o peace_n and_o uniformity_n in_o the_o church_n none_o other_o but_o those_o shall_v be_v use_v do_v the_o act_n any_o where_o say_v or_o can_v any_o presume_v it_o do_v mean_a that_o no_o man_n deliver_v of_o the_o sacrament_n or_o the_o like_a to_o the_o which_o the_o book_n have_v chief_a reference_n and_o not_o enjoin_v on_o they_o neither_o if_o they_o have_v vicar_n or_o curate_n to_o do_v it_o it_o be_v not_o say_v if_o any_o preacher_n pastor_n or_o lecturer_n shall_v refuse_v nor_o be_v ever_o so_o construe_v for_o experience_n tell_v we_o that_o never_o any_o do_v do_v it_o minister_v the_o sacrament_n in_o such_o cathedral_n or_o parish-church_n or_o other_o place_n as_o he_o shall_v use_v to_o minister_v the_o same_o in_o such_o order_n and_o form_n as_o they_o be_v mention_v and_o set_v forth_o in_o the_o say_a book_n or_o shall_v wilful_o and_o obstinate_o stand_v in_o the_o same_o use_v any_o other_o rite_n ceremony_n order_n form_n or_o manner_n of_o celebrate_v the_o lord_n supper_n open_o or_o privy_o or_o matin_n evensong_n administration_n of_o the_o sacrament_n or_o other_o open_a prayer_n then_o be_v mention_v and_o set_v forth_o in_o the_o say_a book_n etc._n etc._n but_o then_o again_o in_o case_n they_o do_v not_o refuse_v but_o have_v be_v willing_a and_o make_v offer_n of_o do_v it_o and_o have_v be_v by_o other_o disturb_v in_o the_o use_n of_o that_o or_o make_v to_o use_v another_o why_o then_o by_o the_o judgement_n of_o that_o very_a act_n they_o be_v not_o comprise_v in_o any_o blame_n but_o the_o punishment_n lay_v or_o in_o any_o other_o manner_n and_o form_n than_o be_v mention_v in_o the_o say_a book_n or_o by_o any_o of_o the_o say_a mean_n shall_v unlawful_o interrupt_v or_o let_v any_o parson_n vicar_n or_o other_o minister_n in_o any_o cathedral_n or_o parish-church_n chapel_n or_o any_o other_o place_n to_o sing_v or_o say_v any_o common_a and_o open_a prayer_n or_o to_o minister_v the_o
