majesty_n say_v commons_o and_o also_o every_o article_n rule_n and_o clause_n therein_o contain_v shall_v be_v and_o remain_v during_o your_o majesty_n life_n as_o effectual_a to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n as_o if_o the_o same_o be_v include_v particular_o in_o the_o body_n of_o this_o present_a act._n and_o it_o be_v further_o enact_v that_o during_o the_o continuance_n of_o this_o present_a grant_n officer_n the_o fee_n of_o the_o custom_n officer_n where_o the_o good_n export_v or_o import_v amount_v to_o the_o value_n of_o five_o pound_n or_o more_o the_o customer_n and_o collector_n and_o all_o other_o his_o majesty_n officer_n in_o the_o several_a port_n shall_v take_v and_o receive_v such_o fee_n and_o no_o other_o as_o be_v take_v in_o the_o four_o year_n of_o the_o late_a king_n james_n until_o such_o time_n as_o the_o say_a fee_n shall_v be_v otherwise_o settle_v by_o authority_n of_o parliament_n provide_v always_o that_o no_o person_n or_o person_n iron_n armour_n bandeléer_v bridle-bitt_n halberd_n head_n and_o sharp_v holster_n musket_n carbine_n fowling-peice_n pistol_n pike-head_n sword_n or_o rapier-blade_n saddle_n snaffle_n styrrope_n calveskin_n dress_v or_o undress_v gelding_n ox_n shéep-skin_n dress_v without_o the_o wool_n and_o all_o sort_n of_o manufacture_n make_v of_o leather_n pay_v the_o respective_a rate_n appoint_v by_o this_o act_n and_o no_o other_o any_o law_n statutes_n prohibition_n and_o custom_n to_o the_o contrary_a notwithstanding_o pâ—â—ses_n good_n which_o may_v be_v export_v be_v at_o certain_a pâ—â—ses_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o the_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a immediate_o after_o the_o pass_n of_o this_o act_n for_o any_o person_n or_o
one_o hundred_o pound_n and_o the_o cocquet_n certificate_n or_o return_v shall_v be_v invalid_a and_o of_o none_o effect_n and_o if_o any_o good_n ware_n or_o merchandize_n bring_v or_o come_v into_o undiscovered_a by_o the_o officer_n or_o merchandize_n for_o which_o the_o duty_n of_o subsidy_n or_o custom_n be_v due_a and_o payable_a to_o the_o king_n majesty_n shall_v be_v secret_o convey_v on_o board_n any_o ship_n or_o vessel_n before_o the_o custom_n and_o subsidy_n thereof_o be_v due_o answer_v and_o pay_v and_o shall_v escape_v the_o discovery_n thereof_o by_o the_o officer_n of_o the_o custom_n or_o other_o and_o be_v carry_v into_o the_o part_n beyond_o the_o sea_n in_o such_o case_n the_o owner_n or_o proprietor_n of_o such_o good_n ware_n or_o merchandize_n or_o other_o person_n or_o person_n who_o shall_v have_v so_o ship_v or_o cause_v the_o same_o to_o be_v ship_v and_o transport_v shall_v forfeit_v the_o double_a value_n of_o the_o good_n penalty_n the_o for_o prevent_v fraud_n in_o lour_a stranger_n good_n that_o for_o prevent_v of_o fraud_n in_o colour_v of_o stranger_n good_n and_o otherwise_o every_o merchant_n or_o other_o pass_v any_o good_n ware_n or_o merchandize_n inward_o or_o outward_o shall_v by_o himself_o or_o his_o know_a servant_n factor_n or_o agent_n subscribe_v one_o of_o his_o bill_n of_o every_o entry_n with_o the_o mark_n number_n and_o content_n of_o every_o parcel_n of_o such_o good_n as_o be_v rate_v to_o pay_v by_o the_o piece_n or_o measure_n and_o weight_n of_o the_o whole_a parcel_n of_o such_o good_n as_o be_v the_o good_n from_o perish_v which_o shall_v be_v presen_o make_v know_v to_o the_o person_n or_o person_n which_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v appoint_v by_o his_o majesty_n to_o manage_v his_o custom_n and_o principal_a officer_n of_o the_o port_n no_o allowance_n shall_v be_v demand_v or_o make_v for_o those_o good_n and_o the_o say_v good_n or_o value_v thereof_o shall_v be_v forfeit_v and_o
