give_v unto_o they_o no_o further_a power_n than_o they_o may_v lawful_o use_v in_o other_o part_n of_o the_o country_n without_o the_o say_v five_o mile_n neither_o shall_v they_o take_v away_o or_o bargain_n for_o any_o such_o commodity_n buy_v and_o provide_v for_o any_o college_n or_o hall_n to_o be_v spend_v within_o the_o same_o without_o such_o licence_n as_o aforesaid_a upon_o such_o pain_n and_o forfeiture_n as_o by_o the_o statute_n of_o 2_o 3_o p._n m._n 15._o be_v ordain_v and_o to_o like_a use_n as_o be_v therein_o limit_v vii_o the_o say_v chancellor_n or_o vice-chancellor_n with_o two_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o university_n city_n town_n or_o county_n shall_v inquire_v hear_v and_o determine_v the_o say_v offence_n as_o by_o the_o statute_n of_o 2.3_o p._n m._n be_v appoint_v viii_o if_o any_o person_n within_o the_o say_v five_o mile_n refuse_v to_o serve_v the_o university_n than_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o the_o queen_n purveyor_n to_o provide_v for_o the_o queen_n use_n any_o corn_n or_o victual_n of_o any_o such_o person_n within_o the_o say_v five_o mile_n as_o shall_v be_v declare_v to_o the_o say_a purveyor_n to_o be_v person_n not_o worthy_a of_o the_o say_a privilege_n for_o not_o serve_v the_o university_n by_o the_o chancellor_n or_o vicechancellor_n with_o the_o consent_n of_o two_o such_o justice_n as_o aforesaid_a under_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_n of_o the_o say_a chancellor_n or_o vicechancellor_n and_o two_o justice_n in_o such_o sort_n as_o the_o say_a purveyor_n lawful_o may_v in_o any_o other_o place_n without_o the_o say_v five_o mile_n and_o not_o otherwise_o ix_o this_o act_n shall_v be_v in_o suspense_n during_o the_o queen_n presence_n there_o or_o within_o seven_o mile_n distance_n x._o the_o liberty_n of_o the_o major_n bailiff_n and_o commonalty_n of_o oxford_n and_o cambridge_n be_v save_v vourcher_n i._o marlbr_n 29._o 52_o h._n 3._o none_o vouch_v to_o warranty_n before_o justice_n in_o eyre_n
