they_o ver._n 33._o and_o till_o moses_n have_v do_v speak_v with_o they_o he_o put_v a_o vail_n on_o his_o face_n this_o seem_v to_o belong_v as_o well_o to_o v._o 31._o as_o to_o the_o 32d_o and_o according_o i_o have_v interpret_v it_o though_o there_o be_v those_o who_o think_v he_o persuade_v aaron_n and_o the_o ruler_n to_o approach_v without_o a_o veil_n but_o put_v it_o on_o when_o he_o speak_v to_o the_o people_n who_o be_v less_o able_a to_o bear_v it_o but_o there_o seem_v to_o be_v the_o same_o reason_n for_o both_o aaron_z being_z no_o less_o afraid_a than_o any_o of_o they_o and_o the_o majesty_n of_o his_o countenance_n appear_v sufficient_o even_o when_o it_o be_v veil_v for_o the_o brightness_n be_v not_o quite_o obscure_v though_o very_o much_o shade_v by_o it_o ver._n 34._o but_o when_o moses_n go_v in_o before_o the_o lord_n to_o speak_v with_o he_o he_o take_v the_o vail_n off_o till_o he_o come_v out_o he_o go_v into_o the_o tabernacle_n where_o he_o speak_v with_o he_o face_n to_o face_n as_o a_o man_n speak_v to_o his_o friend_n xxxiii_o 9_o 10_o 11._o and_o he_o come_v out_o and_o speak_v unto_o the_o child_n of_o israel_n that_o which_o he_o be_v command_v this_o seem_v to_o relate_v unto_o the_o frequent_a occasion_n moses_n have_v to_o go_v and_o consult_v with_o god_n in_o difficult_a case_n who_o mind_n he_o declare_v to_o they_o when_o he_o have_v receive_v it_o ver._n 35._o and_o the_o child_n of_o israel_n see_v the_o face_n of_o moses_n that_o the_o skin_n of_o moses_n face_n shine_v etc._n etc._n some_o great_a man_n have_v think_v that_o the_o brightness_n continue_v on_o moses_n face_n till_o his_o death_n so_o that_o he_o speak_v to_o they_o with_o a_o veil_n on_o his_o face_n from_o this_o time_n as_o long_o as_o he_o live_v of_o which_o we_o can_v be_v certain_a though_o thus_o much_o be_v evident_a from_o this_o and_o the_o forego_n verse_n that_o the_o splendour_n of_o his_o countenance_n do_v remain_v for_o some_o time_n after_o he_o come_v down_o from_o god_n presence_n in_o the_o mount_n during_o which_o as_o oft_o as_o he_o go_v in_o to_o speak_v with_o god_n he_o take_v off_o his_o veil_n and_o when_o he_o come_v out_o to_o speak_v with_o they_o he_o put_v it_o on_o until_o he_o go_v in_o to_o speak_v with_o god_n again_o as_o this_o verse_n conclude_v how_o long_o it_o be_v before_o it_o vanish_v none_o can_v resolve_v perhaps_o not_o till_o he_o have_v set_v up_o the_o tabernacle_n and_o consecrate_a aaron_n and_o his_o son_n and_o deliver_v all_o the_o law_n he_o have_v receive_v about_o the_o service_n of_o god_n which_o be_v record_v in_o the_o book_n of_o leviticus_n that_o be_v all_o the_o time_n they_o stay_v near_o mount_n sinai_n from_o whence_o they_o remove_v a_o little_a more_o than_o half_a a_o year_n after_o this_o x_o numb_a 11_o 12._o chap._n xxxv_o verse_n 1._o and_o moses_n gather_v all_o the_o congregation_n of_o the_o child_n of_o israel_n together_o have_v tell_v they_o what_o order_n he_o have_v receive_v from_o the_o lord_n and_o sufficient_o convince_v they_o of_o his_o authority_n xxxiv_o 32_o 33._o he_o now_o proceed_v to_o put_v they_o in_o execution_n and_o in_o order_n to_o it_o he_o gather_v col-hadath_a all_o the_o congregation_n which_o sometime_o signify_v all_o the_o elder_n and_o judge_n etc._n etc._n the_o prime_a governor_n of_o
