by_o their_o act_n and_o object_n as_o the_o two_o former_a and_o i_o do_v here_o tell_v this_o author_n that_o god_n goodness_n be_v the_o proper_a qualification_n of_o his_o own_o action_n without_o refer_v necessary_o to_o any_o other_o beside_o but_o that_o his_o justice_n bear_v a_o essential_a relation_n to_o the_o action_n of_o other_o viz._n as_o rewardable_a or_o punishable_a and_o creation_n by_o which_o god_n first_o create_v the_o world_n a_o act_n of_o his_o justice_n or_o do_v that_o act_n consist_v in_o a_o wise_a proportion_n of_o reward_n and_o punishment_n before_o there_o be_v any_o act_n of_o the_o creature_n to_o be_v reward_v or_o punish_v but_o i_o be_o sure_a it_o be_v a_o act_n of_o the_o divine_a goodness_n whereby_o god_n communicate_v much_o of_o the_o
