receive_v shall_v be_v expend_v upon_o the_o purchase_n or_o re-building_n house_n on_o the_o other_o side_n the_o street_n and_o upon_o pave_v and_o amend_v of_o the_o way_n and_o street_n aforesaid_a according_a to_o the_o purport_n of_o this_o act._n and_o the_o say_a verdict_n of_o the_o jury_n and_o judgement_n of_o the_o commissioner_n in_o the_o case_n aforesaid_a shall_v be_v sufficient_a and_o conclusive_a in_o law_n to_o all_o intent_n and_o purpose_n against_o the_o say_a owner_n and_o occupier_n their_o heir_n executor_n administrator_n and_o assign_v act._n every_o
