that_o he_o see_v no_o cause_n why_o the_o say_a marquis_n shall_v be_v adjudge_v innocent_a much_o less_o that_o the_o commissioner_n not_o at_o all_o consider_v the_o proof_n which_o they_o hear_v against_o the_o say_a marquis_n shall_v lay_v the_o whole_a weight_n of_o their_o judgement_n upon_o his_o majesty_n certificate_n the_o say_a certificate_n be_v only_o to_o declare_v that_o the_o marquis_n be_v employ_v into_o ireland_n to_o procure_v what_o force_n he_o can_v from_o thence_o to_o be_v transport_v into_o scotland_n for_o his_o late_a majesty_n service_n under_o the_o late_a marquis_n of_o montross_n to_o the_o end_n that_o the_o conversation_n of_o the_o say_a marquis_n of_o antrim_n in_o the_o rebel_n quarter_n which_o be_v necessary_a for_o that_o service_n may_v not_o according_a to_o the_o letter_n of_o the_o former_a act_n render_v he_o criminal_a if_o that_o have_v be_v the_o only_a as_o it_o be_v the_o least_o objection_n against_o he_o and_o therefore_o his_o majesty_n resolve_v that_o the_o say_a marquis_n of_o antrim_n shall_v undergo_v a_o new_a trial_n to_o prevent_v which_o the_o say_a marquis_n of_o antrim_n by_o a_o humble_a petition_n to_o his_o majesty_n do_v acknowledge_v himself_o guilty_a and_o humble_o beseech_v his_o majesty_n that_o he_o may_v be_v support_v by_o his_o mercy_n as_o be_v not_o able_a to_o support_v himself_o by_o his_o
