his_o nostril_n the_o breath_n of_o life_n so_o that_o he_o become_v a_o live_a soul_n he_o be_v please_v not_o only_o to_o make_v he_o upright_o and_o in_o his_o own_o image_n indue_a he_o with_o of_o his_o life_n and_o happiness_n but_o withal_o threaten_v that_o in_o case_n of_o failure_n and_o disobedience_n he_o shall_v die_v the_o death_n viz._n temporal_a spiritual_a and_o eternal_a any_o person_n in_o the_o world_n that_o they_o have_v the_o guilt_n of_o sin_n upon_o they_o the_o sentence_n of_o death_n denounce_v against_o they_o a_o vile_a heart_n and_o nature_n within_o they_o the_o seed_n and_o principle_n of_o all_o sin_n which_o render_v they_o prone_a to_o all_o manner_n of_o evil_n even_o the_o vile_a and_o most_o monstruous_a this_o will_v tend_v to_o the_o hide_v pride_n from_o they_o and_o prevent_v those_o high_a tower_a conceit_n which_o they_o be_v ready_a to_o hug_v and_o swell_v with_o through_o their_o self-unacquaintedness_a this_o may_v awaken_v they_o to_o the_o great_a vigilance_n and_o care_n and_o bring_v they_o to_o keep_v a_o strict_a eye_n upon_o their_o heart_n and_o this_o may_v keep_v they_o from_o be_v much_o take_v with_o and_o dote_v upon_o those_o trifle_a childish_a vanity_n and_o youthful_a folly_n which_o the_o soul_n of_o other_o be_v so_o much_o addict_v and_o devote_v to_o while_o they_o hear_v there_o be_v thing_n of_o infinite_o great_a importance_n and_o near_a concernment_n unto_o which_o they_o must_v attend_v three_o make_v it_o much_o your_o business_n to_o convince_v they_o of_o the_o evil_a of_o sin_n in_o order_n to_o their_o loathe_n it_o and_o themselves_o for_o it_o before_o god_n do_v you_o as_o much_o as_o you_o can_v set_v it_o before_o they_o in_o its_o ugliness_n and_o deformity_n sharp_a word_n against_o sin_n be_v not_o keen_a enough_o there_o be_v not_o to_o be_v find_v so_o great_a a_o evil_n in_o all_o the_o world_n as_o sin_n be_v affliction_n be_v not_o so_o bad_a as_o sin_n poverty_n plague_n fire_n sword_n famine_n all_o the_o desolation_n that_o be_v make_v in_o town_n city_n country_n not_o matter_n of_o so_o great_a lamentation_n as_o sin_n they_o be_v physic_n to_o cure_v this_o the_o disease_n to_o destroy_v they_o be_v fire_n to_o purify_v this_o be_v filth_n to_o pollute_v death_n itself_o do_v only_o kill_v the_o body_n sin_n ruin_v the_o soul_n death_n send_v the_o body_n to_o a_o bed_n of_o dust_n but_o sin_n if_o unpardoned_a unmortified_a send_v both_o soul_n and_o body_n into_o a_o bed_n of_o flame_n the_o devil_n himself_o be_v not_o so_o bad_a godless_a graceless_a house_n he_o fill_v body_n and_o starve_v soul_n his_o dog_n have_v as_o much_o reason_n to_o commend_v he_o as_o his_o wife_n and_o child_n and_o servant_n well_o that_o be_v the_o first_o thing_n and_o oh_o that_o it_o may_v abide_v with_o you_o who_o be_v governor_n of_o family_n sit_v down_o and_o think_v serious_o upon_o it_o that_o your_o family_n be_v your_o charge_n poor_a for_o the_o sovereign_n right_a in_o your_o estate_n be_v in_o god_n and_o it_o be_v the_o same_o as_o to_o your_o child_n god_n lay_v his_o claim_n to_o they_o ezek._n 16.20_o 21._o thou_o
