command_v it_o that_o faith_n whereby_o we_o eat_v the_o flesh_n and_o drink_v the_o blood_n of_o christ_n spiritual_o imply_v obedience_n to_o the_o gospel_n of_o christ_n and_o it_o be_v a_o especial_a command_n of_o the_o gospel_n to_o do_v this_o he_o than_o that_o neglect_v the_o do_v of_o this_o neglect_v to_o obey_v the_o gospel_n and_o therefore_o false_o pretend_v that_o he_o eat_v and_o drink_v spiritual_o the_o flesh_n and_o blood_n of_o christ._n whatever_o therefore_o the_o christian_a do_v more_o in_o this_o sacrament_n than_o out_o of_o it_o the_o wilful_a neglecter_n of_o it_o be_v inexcusable_a for_o he_o be_v no_o christian_n or_o true_a believer_n obj._n 2._o he_o that_o receive_v unworthy_o receive_v damnation_n to_o himself_o therefore_o it_o be_v safe_a to_o forbear_v ans._n so_o you_o may_v say_v he_o that_o eat_v may_v if_o he_o be_v not_o careful_a eat_v poison_n or_o choke_v himself_o or_o surfeit_n and_o die_v and_o therefore_o it_o be_v safe_a to_o forbear_v eat_v will_v you_o fast_o for_o this_o reason_n wilful_a neglect_n be_v certain_a damnaâ—â—â—â—_n receive_v be_v not_o so_o will_v you_o prevent_v a_o uncertain_a danger_n of_o death_n by_o or_o no_o good_a christian_n and_o must_v not_o come_v but_o say_v be_v you_o a_o sincere_a christian_a or_o a_o dissemble_a hypocrite_n if_o the_o former_a prepare_v yourself_o and_o come_v if_o the_o latter_a be_v ashamed_a of_o it_o and_o repent_v for_o otherwise_o you_o perish_v obj._n 4._o i_o doubt_v of_o my_o sincerity_n and_o he_o that_o doubt_v be_v damn_v if_o he_o eat_v rom._n 14._o 23._o ans._n to_o do_v a_o thing_n doubt_v that_o it_o be_v a_o unlawful_a thing_n or_o a_o sin_n be_v that_o which_o deserve_v damnation_n according_a to_o that_o text._n but_o you_o can_v fear_v that_o the_o receive_n of_o this_o sacrament_n be_v a_o sin_n it_o be_v a_o necessary_a duty_n that_o which_o you_o doubt_v of_o be_v your_o own_o sincerity_n if_o you_o be_v indeed_o unsincere_a that_o be_v a_o hypocrite_n and_o a_o dissembler_n you_o be_v not_o to_o receive_v it_o if_o you_o be_v sincere_a you_o may_v there_o can_v be_v no_o doubt_n of_o this_o but_o you_o doubt_v whether_o you_o be_v a_o sincere_a christian._n and_o if_o this_o doubt_v be_v so_o prevalent_a that_o you_o rather_o judge_v you_o be_v not_o i_o shall_v not_o advise_v you_o to_o come_v to_o this_o sacrament_n till_o you_o be_v better_o satisfy_v of_o your_o sincerity_n but_o then_o consider_v will_v you_o content_o rest_v in_o this_o doubtful_a condition_n can_v you_o be_v quiet_a in_o your_o mind_n till_o you_o find_v cause_n to_o hope_v you_o be_v a_o christian_a and_o shall_v be_v save_v if_o you_o find_v no_o cause_n to_o hope_v this_o why_o shall_v you_o not_o forbear_v all_o other_o christian_a duty_n as_o well_o as_o this_o why_o do_v you_o not_o lay_v open_a your_o condition_n free_o and_o impartial_o to_o your_o spiritual_a guide_n and_o take_v his_o judgement_n of_o your_o sincerity_n if_o you_o use_v not_o this_o or_o any_o other_o mean_n of_o know_v yourself_o but_o rest_v content_o under_o your_o doubt_n and_o plead_v they_o as_o a_o excuse_n for_o not_o do_v your_o duty_n you_o be_v certain_o no_o sincere_a christian._n but_o if_o you_o be_v trouble_v that_o you_o know_v yourself_o no_o better_o and_o be_v above_o all_o thing_n desirous_a to_o be_v a_o good_a christian_a and_o endeavour_v by_o all_o mean_n to_o be_v so_o and_o to_o know_v that_o you_o be_v so_o and_o give_v yourself_o no_o rest_n but_o mourn_v and_o pray_v and_o examine_v yourself_o and_o crave_v advice_n and_o set_v yourself_o in_o earnest_n about_o the_o duty_n of_o christianity_n these_o be_v good_a sign_n of_o sincerity_n and_o you_o ought_v to_o receive_v this_o sacrament_n and_o wait_v upon_o god_n for_o a_o far_a blessing_n obj._n 5._o i_o fear_v i_o have_v not_o a_o save_a faith_n i_o have_v no_o assurance_n of_o my_o salvation_n ans._n though_o such_o assurance_n may_v
