where_o in_o reality_n it_o be_v not_o if_o your_o dissuader_n have_v a_o candour_n become_v a_o gentleman_n he_o will_v neither_o falsify_v the_o way_n nor_o misname_v the_o practice_n of_o any_o religion_n but_o be_v it_o as_o it_o be_v since_o papist_n as_o he_o will_v have_v they_o call_v have_v equal_o use_v the_o communion_n in_o the_o liquid_a kind_n alone_o as_o this_o in_o only_o the_o other_o why_o shall_v he_o call_v one_o of_o they_o more_o than_o the_o other_o by_o the_o name_n of_o popery_n and_o why_o be_v not_o communion_n in_o both_o kind_n which_o he_o acknowledge_v to_o have_v be_v more_o in_o use_n among_o they_o and_o prove_v it_o by_o the_o testimony_n of_o their_o own_o popish_a doctor_n be_v rather_o popery_n than_o either_o of_o the_o other_o o_o but_o this_o half-communion_n begin_v but_o in_o the_o council_n of_o constance_n i_o have_v sufficient_o show_v you_o sir_n that_o the_o custom_n be_v in_o the_o world_n before_o the_o city_n of_o constance_n know_v what_o christianity_n be_v and_o even_o this_o council_n of_o constance_n be_v pervert_v by_o the_o dissuader_n too_o as_o if_o he_o have_v swear_v to_o act_v nothing_o sincere_o that_o business_n in_o the_o council_n be_v thus_o petrus_n dresdensis_n and_o other_o associate_n of_o huz_n have_v teach_v public_o and_o with_o much_o scandal_n that_o the_o eucharist_n be_v necessary_o to_o be_v give_v to_o lay-people_n after_o supper_n and_o in_o both_o kind_n this_o doctrine_n and_o practice_n of_o they_o be_v censure_v by_o the_o council_n which_o at_o one_o and_o the_o same_o time_n declare_v those_o two_o circumstance_n of_o communicate_v in_o both_o kind_n and_o after_o supper_n not_o to_o be_v of_o necessary_a obligation_n because_o the_o canon_n and_o approve_a ancient_a custom_n of_o the_o church_n have_v never_o look_v upon_o those_o two_o circumstance_n as_o of_o necessity_n to_o be_v observe_v but_o what_o do_v your_o dissuader_n here_o first_o he_o set_v down_o the_o counsel_n resolution_n in_o direct_a opposition_n to_o christ_n whereas_o christ_n institute_v etc._n etc._n yet_o we_o command_v contrary_a etc._n etc._n as_o though_o the_o council_n have_v absolute_o annul_v christ_n institution_n which_o notwithstanding_o they_o acknowledge_v and_o allow_v for_o good_a and_o only_o declare_v the_o two_o say_a circumstance_n in_o that_o institution_n of_o our_o lord_n not_o to_o be_v of_o that_o necessity_n as_o the_o substance_n of_o the_o institution_n itself_o give_v for_o their_o reason_n for_o it_o which_o your_o dissuader_n think_v not_o good_a to_o take_v notice_n of_o that_o the_o canon_n and_o ancient_a custom_n of_o the_o church_n have_v sufficient_o make_v manifest_a that_o those_o two_o circumstance_n of_o communicate_v at_o night_n and_o in_o both_o kind_n be_v not_o necessary_a by_o allow_v the_o contrary_a practice_n in_o primitive_a time_n second_o whereas_o the_o council_n join_v both_o the_o circumstance_n together_o namely_o of_o communicacate_v in_o both_o kind_n and_o after_o supper_n he_o quite_o leave_v out_o that_o of_o receive_v
