where_o the_o party_n be_v very_o old_a too_o after_o he_o have_v by_o my_o presumption_n bathe_v his_o leg_n a_o good_a while_n together_o in_o cold_a water_n he_o have_v not_o the_o least_o blood_n and_o the_o other_o humour_n and_o spirit_n as_o we_o have_v show_v before_o by_o the_o say_v cold_a water_n which_o lest_o by_o the_o patient_n too_o rash_a venture_n upon_o motion_n they_o shall_v by_o chance_n be_v call_v down_o towards_o the_o part_n again_o it_o will_v be_v necessary_a that_o he_o keep_v himself_o quiet_a for_o a_o while_n to_o the_o end_n therefore_o that_o in_o these_o and_o the_o like_a accident_n there_o may_v be_v a_o orderly_a and_o a_o secure_a way_n of_o proceed_v we_o must_v be_v sure_a to_o continue_v this_o immersion_n at_o the_o least_o for_o half_a a_o hour_n or_o rather_o a_o hour_n space_n till_o such_o time_n as_o the_o part_n affect_v shall_v be_v reduce_v to_o its_o proper_a temperature_n or_o be_v rather_o bring_v down_o to_o a_o cold_o temper_v then_o its_o own_o natural_a be_v that_o so_o the_o aforesaid_a dangerous_a symptom_n may_v with_o the_o great_a security_n be_v hinder_v which_o be_v do_v there_o be_v nothing_o at_o all_o to_o be_v lay_v upon_o the_o wound_n save_v only_o some_o of_o that_o small_a film_n or_o thin_a skin_n that_o lie_v immediate_o under_o the_o shell_n of_o a_o egg_n enwrape_v the_o whole_a egg_n about_o which_o you_o must_v be_v very_o careful_a that_o it_o fall_v not_o off_o or_o be_v careless_o pull_v off_o or_o remove_v from_o off_o the_o wound_n till_o such_o time_n as_o that_o have_v lie_v there_o for_o some_o day_n or_o week_n space_n
