the_o godly_a abide_n among_o papist_n sometime_o to_o be_v at_o their_o morning_n and_o evening_n prayer_n especialie_a at_o those_o wherein_o neither_o invocation_n be_v make_v of_o the_o dead_a nor_o their_o little_a god_n of_o bread_n be_v offer_v to_o be_v adore_v as_o it_o do_v fall_v out_o at_o the_o feast_n of_o saint_n and_o at_o high_a festival_n day_n as_o they_o call_v they_o wherein_o the_o perfume_n of_o frankincense_n be_v blow_v before_o image_n now_o as_o touch_v the_o baptism_n of_o infant_n baptism_n the_o godly_a be_v to_o do_v two_o thing_n let_v they_o both_o in_o heart_n reproove_v the_o papistical_a toy_n wherewithal_o baptism_n after_o a_o sort_n be_v contaminate_v and_o with_o reverence_n meditate_v upon_o the_o institution_n of_o christ._n which_o communion_n of_o the_o supper_n this_o question_n although_o it_o seem_v very_o intricate_a yet_o i_o will_v plain_o tell_v what_o i_o think_v thereof_o leave_v the_o judgement_n to_o the_o church_n that_o be_v the_o true_a christian_n especialie_a to_o such_o as_o have_v feel_v the_o cross_n and_o live_v among_o the_o pike_n first_o therefore_o i_o distinguish_v between_o the_o mass_n and_o the_o communion_n in_o the_o papacy_n for_o i_o think_v there_o be_v as_o great_a a_o difference_n between_o the_o mass_n and_o that_o solemn_a communion_n celebrate_v among_o papist_n on_o easter_n day_n as_o be_v between_o heaven_n and_o hell_n for_o in_o the_o mass_n there_o do_v nothing_o remain_v of_o christ_n his_o institution_n wherefore_o as_o i_o judge_v the_o mass_n abominable_a and_o therefore_o to_o be_v shun_v as_o a_o idol_n of_o satan_n so_o i_o pronounce_v that_o holy_a which_o remain_v of_o christ_n his_o institution_n for_o it_o be_v wickedness_n to_o think_v that_o so_o great_a à _fw-fr thing_n do_v depend_v upon_o the_o worthiness_n of_o minister_n because_o indeed_o the_o mass_n &_o the_o communion_n or_o supper_n be_v clean_o contrary_a action_n another_o for_o the_o popish_a mass_n be_v end_v the_o supper_n of_o christ_n begin_v so_o that_o à _fw-fr godly_a man_n abide_v among_o papist_n be_v bind_v to_o shun_v the_o idol_n of_o y_fw-fr e_o mass_n and_o may_v so_o that_o both_o offence_n &_o all_o suspicion_n of_o halt_v be_v take_v heed-of_a be_v at_o the_o communion_n and_o with_o the_o elect_a of_o god_n whereof_o many_o out_o of_o doubt_n do_v lurk_v in_o the_o popedom_n communicate_v what_o shall_v it_o therefore_o be_v lawful_a to_o communicate_v under_o one_o kind_n as_o they_o call_v it_o be_v not_o the_o lay_v people_n exclude_v from_o of_o all_o we_o must_v consider_v what_o that_o to_o consecrate_v be_v not_o as_o the_o papist_n think_v and_o halfe-papistes_a do_v imagine_v by_o the_o pronounciation_n of_o certain_a prescribe_v or_o conceived_a word_n on_o magic_a wise_n to_o make_v a_o common_a and_o unholie_a thing_n sacred_a and_o holy_a but_o to_o consecrate_v indeed_o be_v to_o separate_v a_o thing_n from_o a_o common_a use_n &_o to_o apply_v it_o to_o a_o holy_a use_n appoint_v to_o god_n with_o praise_n &_o thankegiving_n to_o his_o name_n that_o this_o be_v a_o true_a definition_n thereof_o he_o know_v that_o either_o will_v compare_v the_o force_n of_o the_o verb_n cadosh_n which_o with_o the_o hebrew_n signify_v to_o consecrate_v with_o the_o old_a custom_n of_o consecration_n or_o consider_v both_o the_o deed_n of_o christ_n who_o institute_v the_o supper_n and_o the_o doctrine_n of_o paul_n touch_v the_o blessing_n of_o the_o bread_n and_o cup._n see_v then_o this_o matter_n neither_o depend_v upon_o the_o virtue_n of_o word_n nor_o be_v hinder_v by_o the_o malice_n of_o man_n which_o envy_v the_o godly_a the_o participation_n of_o y_fw-fr e_o cup_n but_o depend_v upon_o the_o commandment_n &_o institution_n of_o christ_n who_o according_a to_o his_o promise_n will_v be_v among_o the_o godly_a that_o call_v upon_o he_o and_o think_v upon_o and_o acknowledge_v the_o benefit_n of_o his_o death_n and_o resurrection_n i_o doubt_v not_o but_o the_o godly_a in_o the_o popedom_n do_v take_v part_n of_o the_o body_n and_o blood_n albeit_o the_o popish_a incantation_n do_v not_o defile_v the_o cup._n for_o both_o he_o that_o sanctifi_v be_v the_o son_n of_o god_n and_o he_o that_o reach_v his_o body_n and_o blood_n by_o the_o hand_n of_o the_o minister_n be_v the_o son_n of_o god_n and_o although_o this_o covenant_n be_v ratify_v only_o to_o such_o as_o be_v call_v and_o do_v believe_v yet_o lest_o we_o shall_v think_v that_o the_o father_n before_o the_o incarnation_n of_o
