charles_n ii_o entitle_v a_o act_n for_o the_o uniformity_n of_o public_a prayer_n and_o administration_n of_o sacrament_n etc._n etc._n for_o officiate_a in_o any_o congregation_n allow_v by_o this_o act._n viii_o the_o make_n and_o subscribe_v the_o say_a declaration_n and_o take_v the_o say_a oath_n and_o make_v the_o declaration_n of_o approbation_n and_o subscription_n to_o the_o say_a article_n shall_v be_v record_v at_o such_o quarter-session_n for_o which_o 6_o d._n shall_v be_v pay_v and_o no_o more_o ix_o such_o person_n shall_v not_o preach_v in_o any_o place_n but_o with_o four_o part_n thereof_o to_o be_v the_o governor_n and_o another_o person_n so_o qualify_v to_o be_v deputy-governor_n and_o sixteen_o other_o have_v subscribe_v each_o 500_o l._n or_o upward_o and_o pay_v in_o a_o four_o part_n to_o be_v committee_n the_o say_a governor_n deputy-governor_n and_o committee_n to_o continue_v in_o office_n till_o the_o 20_o of_o octob._n 1694._o xxxi_o every_o governor_n and_o deputy-governor_n before_o they_o be_v admit_v to_o the_o execution_n of_o their_o office_n shall_v take_v this_o oath_n viz._n you_o swear_v that_o you_o shall_v assist_v and_o capacity_n if_o more_o borrow_v the_o member_n liable_a to_o be_v sue_v in_o their_o private_a capacity_n then_o and_o in_o such_o case_n every_o member_n or_o member_n of_o the_o say_a corporation_n
