more_o which_o though_o it_o be_v not_o enough_o to_o take_v off_o the_o merit_n of_o sin_n before_o god_n yet_o be_v it_o enough_o to_o take_v off_o the_o censure_n of_o excommunication_n for_o this_o be_v a_o sure_a rule_n that_o that_o which_o be_v enough_o to_o constitute_v a_o outward_a member_n of_o the_o visible_a church_n be_v enough_o to_o admit_v a_o wound_a member_n into_o the_o outward_a privilege_n of_o it_o penance_n and_o for_o purse_n penance_n and_o commutation_n of_o which_o you_o speak_v let_v it_o be_v consider_v that_o it_o have_v some_o ground_n in_o the_o word_n of_o god_n 30._o for_o if_o there_o may_v be_v a_o commutation_n by_o the_o purse_n for_o murder_n as_o you_o may_v see_v in_o the_o law_n of_o the_o owner_n ox_n kill_v a_o man_n as_o i_o have_v say_v why_o not_o for_o less_o matter_n when_o it_o be_v well_o regulate_v yea_o but_o say_v they_o do_v we_o not_o see_v more_o abomination_n yet_o be_v not_o power_n object_n by_o their_o dispense_n of_o excommunication_n take_v from_o church_n to_o remove_v scandal_n and_o purge_v out_o wicked_a liver_n to_o the_o annoyance_n of_o the_o kingdom_n of_o christ_n put_v case_n we_o have_v not_o power_n to_o remove_v scandal_n sol._n must_v they_o therefore_o separate_v if_o they_o abstain_v from_o the_o approbation_n of_o sin_n and_o labour_v to_o supply_v the_o defect_n of_o this_o power_n by_o holiness_n of_o life_n may_v they_o not_o thus_o judge_v the_o world_n
