the_o bloody_a sword_n of_o the_o turk_n and_o saracen_n thus_o have_v show_v that_o this_o depose_n of_o prince_n be_v neither_o authorise_v by_o the_o word_n of_o god_n nor_o warrant_v by_o the_o practice_n of_o the_o jewish_a nor_o christian_a church_n within_o one_o thousand_o year_n after_o christ_n nor_o then_o devise_v or_o since_o practise_v aleagiance_n the_o pope_n can_v release_v subject_n of_o their_o aleagiance_n for_o the_o profit_n and_o benefitte_n of_o the_o christian_a common_a weal_n let_v we_o go_v unto_o our_o three_o proposition_n that_o the_o pope_n can_v loose_v subject_n of_o their_o natural_a &_o dutiful_a faith_n and_o obedience_n unto_o their_o prince_n it_o be_v the_o common_a opinion_n of_o all_o divine_v catholic_a roman_a that_o the_o pope_n can_v not_o dispense_v in_o those_o thing_n which_o be_v ordain_v by_o god_n but_o this_o obedience_n to_o prince_n to_o be_v command_v by_o the_o law_n of_o god_n it_o be_v most_o manifest_a by_o the_o place_n which_o we_o have_v afore_o allege_v out_o of_o the_o sacred_a scripture_n in_o the_o first_o proposition_n wherefore_o as_o christ_n say_v of_o marriage_n those_o who_o god_n have_v join_v together_o let_v no_o man_n separate_v and_o do_v pronounce_v he_o to_o be_v a_o adulterer_n that_o do_v put_v away_o his_o wife_n and_o marry_v another_o unless_o it_o be_v for_o fornication_n notwithstanding_o that_o moses_n have_v for_o the_o hardness_n of_o the_o jew_n heart_n permit_v they_o many_o other_o cause_n so_o likewise_o may_v not_o the_o pope_n separate_v the_o subject_n marry_v to_o their_o prince_n for_o so_o they_o be_v solemn_o by_o a_o ring_n in_o our_o land_n from_o the_o prince_n for_o any_o other_o cause_n then_o such_o as_o god_n have_v ordain_v and_o what_o
