case_n aforesaid_a such_o member_n shall_v be_v thenceforth_o judge_v a_o popish_a recusant_n convict_v and_o shall_v be_v disable_v to_o hold_v or_o execute_v any_o office_n in_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n dominion_n and_o likewise_o to_o sit_v and_o â—ote_v in_o either_o house_n of_o parliament_n or_o make_v his_o proxy_n in_o the_o house_n of_o peer_n or_o in_o prosecute_v any_o suit_n in_o law_n or_o equity_n or_o to_o be_v guardian_n to_o a_o child_n or_o executor_n or_o administrator_n to_o any_o person_n and_o uncapable_a of_o any_o legacy_n deed_n or_o gift_n and_o shall_v fofeit_v
