the_o high_a court_n of_o parliament_n which_o be_v the_o supreme_a judgement_n power_n and_o authority_n of_o the_o kingdom_n and_o that_o we_o may_v easy_o see_v in_o this_o that_o though_o the_o lord_n have_v power_n there_o to_o reverse_v the_o judgement_n of_o their_o inferior_a court_n yet_o have_v they_o not_o power_n to_o reverse_v their_o own_o judgement_n nor_o to_o restore_v again_o any_o judgement_n that_o they_o have_v reverse_v for_o they_o judge_v ministerial_o and_o not_o sovereign_o do_v as_o well_o bind_v their_o own_o hand_n as_o the_o hand_n of_o their_o inferior_n whereas_o the_o absolute_a sovereign_a power_n do_v not_o so_o but_o may_v reverse_v any_o judgement_n that_o they_o themselves_o have_v give_v and_o again_o restore_v the_o judgement_n that_o they_o
