minister_n be_v and_o have_v be_v censure_v by_o the_o church_n discipline_n so_o long_o as_o it_o be_v for_o offence_n by_o they_o commit_v from_o which_o they_o can_v exempt_v themselves_o unless_o they_o can_v be_v exempt_v from_o the_o common_a condition_n of_o all_o mankind_n their_o punishment_n can_v neither_o be_v right_o term_v a_o innovation_n nor_o a_o persecution_n but_o a_o act_n of_o justice_n and_o of_o that_o impartial_a discipline_n which_o have_v ever_o be_v exercise_v in_o this_o church_n and_o in_o every_o well_o order_v church_n and_o state_n politic_a justice_n look_v not_o at_o the_o person_n of_o any_o man_n but_o at_o the_o cause_n she_o weigh_v the_o offence_n of_o delinquent_n in_o her_o impartial_a balance_n while_o her_o eye_n be_v blind_v from_o all_o moral_a and_o eternal_a law_n of_o god_n and_o this_o be_v approve_v for_o good_a justice_n by_o all_o commonwealth_n in_o case_n of_o treason_n and_o the_o like_a where_o sometime_o a_o little_a aberration_n or_o word_n misplaced_n be_v sentence_v with_o death_n yea_o god_n himself_o who_o be_v the_o judge_n of_o all_o the_o world_n and_o must_v needs_o do_v right_a do_v set_v this_o pattern_n of_o judicature_n in_o the_o first_o sentence_n that_o be_v pronounce_v in_o the_o world_n sentence_v adam_n and_o all_o his_o posterity_n with_o death_n not_o for_o the_o violation_n of_o any_o law_n of_o nature_n but_o of_o the_o positive_a precept_n of_o eat_v the_o forbid_a fruit_n which_o be_v a_o thing_n not_o for_o itself_o acceptable_a to_o god_n may_v seem_v but_o a_o small_a sin_n in_o comparison_n of_o those_o that_o be_v against_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n yet_o in_o as_o much_o as_o by_o that_o sin_n man_n do_v as_o it_o be_v renounce_v his_o subjection_n and_o disclaim_v his_o obedience_n to_o his_o maker_n whereof_o that_o precept_n be_v give_v for_o a_o symbol_n or_o testification_n god_n in_o this_o as_o in_o all_o other_o his_o action_n must_v needs_o be_v justify_v in_o like_a manner_n if_o the_o violation_n of_o the_o order_n of_o the_o church_n be_v in_o themselves_o matter_n of_o ceremony_n rather_o than_o of_o the_o substance_n of_o religion_n out_o of_o use_n in_o this_o church_n of_o we_o but_o observe_v as_o religious_a custom_n derive_v from_o the_o ancient_a church_n of_o christ_n and_o that_o not_o only_o in_o cathedral_n and_o the_o royal_a chapel_n though_o that_o may_v sufficient_o clear_v they_o from_o these_o foul_a imputation_n but_o in_o many_o parochial_a church_n in_o this_o kingdom_n and_o general_o by_o all_o that_o to_o their_o knowledge_n have_v add_v zeal_n and_o conscience_n by_o their_o practice_n to_o maintain_v the_o honour_n and_o reputation_n of_o the_o pious_a and_o laudable_a rite_n and_o custom_n of_o
