they_o can_v be_v exempt_v from_o the_o common_a condition_n of_o all_o mankind_n their_o punishment_n can_v neither_o be_v right_o term_v a_o innovation_n nor_o a_o persecution_n but_o a_o act_n of_o justice_n and_o of_o that_o impartial_a discipline_n which_o have_v ever_o be_v exercise_v in_o this_o church_n and_o in_o every_o well_o order_v church_n and_o state_n politic_a justice_n look_v pattern_n of_o judicature_n in_o the_o first_o sentence_n that_o be_v pronounce_v in_o the_o world_n sentence_v adam_n and_o all_o his_o posterity_n with_o death_n not_o for_o the_o violation_n of_o any_o law_n of_o nature_n but_o of_o the_o positive_a precept_n of_o eat_v the_o forbid_a fruit_n which_o be_v a_o thing_n not_o for_o itself_o acceptable_a to_o god_n may_v seem_v but_o a_o small_a sin_n in_o comparison_n of_o those_o that_o be_v against_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n yet_o in_o as_o much_o as_o by_o that_o sin_n man_n do_v as_o it_o be_v renounce_v his_o subjection_n and_o
